1. Assist with new staff on boarding/exit staff documentation;
協助新員工入職/員工離職文檔製作;
2. Assist with junior position resume screening;
協助基礎崗位簡歷初篩;
3. Recruiting and related works for interns;
招聘實習生以及相關的工作;
4. Other routine work assigned.
其他基礎人力資源工作。
崗位要求
1. Third year or second year university student preferred , major in Management is a plus;
本科大三或大二學生優先考慮,管理類專業更佳;
2. Good written and oral English, basic business email writing skill is a plus;
良好的英語能力,有基本的商務電郵寫作能力者更佳;
3. Good at Microsoft Office software;
熟練運用MS Office辦公軟體;
4. Fast learning, good at communicate with others;
學習能力強,善於與人溝通;
5. Weekly 25 hours or more internship can be guaranteed.
每周需保證25小時或以上實習時間。
崗位職責
1. Assist in general/routine administrative work;
協助市場部日常行政工作;
2. Assist on marketing advertising and promotion programs to maximize the scales;
協助市場推廣活動;
3. Assist on on-line promotion which includes website, wechat and weibo editing.
協助線上運營包括網站、微信及微博的編輯寫作。
崗位要求
1. Undergraduate students, sophomore or junior preferred;
大學本科,大二或大三學生最佳;
2. Excellent Chinese writing skills;
優秀的中文寫作水平;
3. Good English language skills;
良好的英文聽、說、寫水平;
4. Experience in newspapers and blogging preferred;
擅長新聞稿或網絡寫作者優先;
5. Proactive, creative, enthusiastic, responsible, great attitude!

6. Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office;
精通辦公軟體使用;
7. Can at least 3 days per week for at least 4 months.
一周需保證三天以上工作時間,至少4個月。
崗位職責
1. Receiving purchase requirements of departments and warehouses;
接收部門和庫房(科室和庫房)的各種申購需求;
2. Communication with suppliers and track the delivery date;
保持與供應商持續溝通,跟蹤訂單交貨期;
3. Receive goods/materials for company,maintain and organize related data;
為公司接收貨物和材料和維護整理相關數據;
4. Check Warehouse goods regularly;
定期檢查分析在庫商品;
5. Other assignments assigned by the supervisor.
主管安排的其他任務。
崗位要求
1. Bachelor degree,No requirement for major,major in International Trade、English、management would be preferable;
全日制本科學歷,專業不限,國貿、英語、管理專業優先;
2. Coordinating skill in dealing with problems and Good communicate ability;
具備協調處理問題的能力和良好的溝通能力;
3. Strong sense of responsibility,Attention to detail,Team Work Spirit;
有責任心,注重細節、有團隊合作精神;
4. Familiar with Computer Office software;
熟悉電腦辦公室軟體;
5. Work at least 3 days per week,can work at least three months.
每周至少可工作3天,實習至少三個月。
