Role Summary/Purpose：
Essential Responsibilities
Drive Product Integration and Test strategy
Partner with other Test Leads and Software Leads to integrate software and perform appropriate system testing including Non-Functional Requirement Testing (e.g. Compatibility, Performance, Reliability)
Define system testing and verification strategy and execute according to plan. Prepare estimates for project deliverables related to testing.
Develop software test strategies, test specification/test cases and execute test cases
Develop and execute integration and system tests to verify the product / customer offerings
Apply technical expertise and oversight to ensure quality of test case design and implementation
Mentor other test engineers on the team to develop high quality software test cases
Promote a culture that ensures outstanding compliance and adherence to product quality
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related computer field
Minimum of 4 years experience in software verification/testing, designing and executing test cases
Experience with Software Development Lifecycle and Automated Testing
Demonstrated understanding of exploratory, interoperability, stress, performance, reliability, acceptance testing.
Demonstrates a deep understanding of Software Testing methodology/processes/tools
Experience in Object Oriented design methodology and various programming/ scripting languages including Java, C++, Shell, and Python
Working knowledge of Source Code Management Tools, software debugging tools, emulators etc.
Familiar with Agile development testing process
Excellent english written and verbal communication skills for presenting, discussing, and documenting technical information
Demonstrated effective problem solving capabilities
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within and across various teams
Desired Characteristics
2+ years of experience in software/system testing
Previous experience in leading test activities, working with software and project leadership to formulate test plans
Experience in testing large software systems/products, software platforms and computer networking
Ability to work effectively as an individual contributor, as well as part of a cross-functional team with Engineering, Marketing, Application and Framework teams
Self-starter, energizing, results oriented, and decisive
Ability to present complex material/test information in terms non-technical audiences can understand
Familiar with embeded system architecture and experience in ARM Linux programming would be a plus
Experience in Linux environement, JMeter, Jenkins, Robot Framework, Bamboo and Git would be a plus

Job Description:
Duties:
The implementation of monitoring, reporting, deploying, refining and automating configurations on the map generation server and client.
Deploy and monitor the map generation system product. Analyze and fix the issues from operation in time.
Aid for the design of operation service architecture and aim at the high reliability . Improve the operation service architecture continuously.
Provide the support for fixing the malfunction from customer’s operation. Support the R&D team to improve the performance bottleneck from normal operation view.
Work with external and internal users on server issue troubleshooting.
Necessary Qualifications :
Bachelor or Master in Networking Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical field.
3+ years relevant experience in an enterprise environment supporting server or IT infrastructure.
Thorough understanding of web server, middleware/application server, database. Familiar with the operation for database such as Mysql or Oracle.
Operate Linux OS. Rich experience in Linux shell script programming.
Experienced in the Linux web server setting up.
Familiar with the common networking communication protocols, such as Ethernet, TCP/IP, HTTPS.
Strong background in maintaining and supporting virtual environments and virtual networking . F amiliar with the usage and management of virtual machine such as KVM and VirtualBox.
Experienced with the deployment Linux application with ansible Playbooks will be plus.
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills including ability to find out root cause .
Comprehensive verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin .
