Best regards

商務電子郵件的結尾會使用敬語，雖然它沒有什麼特殊的含義，但在郵件末尾部分卻是必不可少的，就像我們平常說的「謝謝了」、「您辛苦了」等來結束郵件一樣。

如果關係比較親密，可以用：Regards / Best Regards / Warm Regards

如果想顯得親切一點，可以用：Sincerely / Sincerely yours / With best regards

比較正式的結尾，可以用：Yours truly / Respectfully

來看個例子，

Dear Roy,

I am writing to tell you a little bit about my company and the work we do. Our company is one of the most famous health food distributors in Canada.

Best regard,

Lee

（親愛的羅伊，我想跟你介紹一下我們公司和我們所做的事情。我司是加拿大最知名的健康食品經銷商之一，祝好，李。）
