Also, please pay attention to the following issues.

·         Everyone should go to your designated classroom at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time. 

·         Please bring along your computer and make sure the battery is fully charged.  AC power sockets will not be available. 

·         Please also bring along your student ID card and a photo ID as the exam invigilators may verify your identity.

·         To ensure reliable internet connection, everyone will use your phone to create your own internet connection.  Therefore, please make sure you know how to set up your WIFI hotspot.  Also, please make sure your phone is fully charged.

·         The Excel mid-term questions will be distributed thru WeChat, so it would be a good idea for you to have a WeChat PC version. 

·         Your completed Excel mid-term test will be saved to your Business Skills folder on SurreyLearn.  However, I strongly recommend you have a backup copy which saved on your computer.  Also, do not forget to save your incomplete workbooks every 10 minutes as your computer or Excel can crash.
