2. What is your greatest strength?（你最突出的優點是什麼？）
這是很多面試考官喜歡問的一個問題，這是你展示自己的最佳機會，不要吹噓自己或過於自負，但要讓僱主知道你相信自己，你知道自己的優點。如可答：「我認為我最大的優點是能夠執著地盡力把事情辦好。當做完一件工作而其成果又正合我的預想時，我會有一種真正的成就感。我給自己定了一些高目標。比如說，我要成為出色的畢業生。儘管在大學一年級時我啟動慢了些，但最終我以優等論文完成了學業。」
I feel that my strongest asset is my ability to stick to things to get them done. I feel a real sense of accomplishment when I finish a job and it turns out just as I』d planned. I』ve set some high goals for myself. For example, I want to graduate with highest distinction. And even though I had a slow start in my freshman year, I made up for it by doing an honor’s thesis.
3. What is your greatest weakness?（你最大的缺點是什麼？）
你不應該說你沒有任何弱點，以此來迴避這個問題。每個人都有弱點，最佳策略是承認你的弱點，但同時表明你在予以改進，並有克服弱點的計劃。可能的話，你可說出一項可能會給公司帶來好處的弱點，如可說：「我是一個完美主義者。工作做得不漂亮，我是不會撒手的。」

(3) What course did you like best？
Project Management. I was very interested in this course when I was a student. And I think it’s very useful for my present work.
(4) Do you feel that you have received a good general training？
Yes.I have studied in an English train-ing program and a computer training program since I graduated from university. I am currently studying Finance at a training school.
(5) What have you learned from the jobs you have had？
I have learned a lot about business know how and basic office skills. In addition,I learned at my previous job show to cooperate with my colleagues.
(6) What’s you major weak point？
I haven’t been involved in international business,so I don’t have any experience,but I have studied this course in the International Business Training Center of the×××Company.
(7) What kind of personality do you think you have？
I always approach things very enthusiastically. When I beg in something,I don’t like to leave it halfdone. I can’t concentrate on something new until the first thing is finished.
