提交完申請休息了兩天以後，等待面試的日子就又開始了。
各所學校提交以後什麼時候發麵試？是校友面還是AO面？現在開始可以做哪些準備？這些問題都開始冒了出來。
在今天的推送中，我們對S16和歐洲的幾所商學院做了整理！以及，很多學校的面試Tips也特別值得一看。
我們根據第二輪的現有情況已經進行了更改。

誰來面試？
Harvard由AO來面試，有一個Interview Board—a small group of about 25 individuals, who are trained and conduct many interviews per year
多久發麵試？
官方渠道還沒有查到多久發Interview。
根據以往經驗，提交之後兩周到一個月會收到面試通知，發完面試差不多有兩周到一個月的時間來準備面試，哈佛面試準備的時間是非常充裕的。

Kellogg發放面試也是rolling basis，第二輪提交的同學已經陸續收到了面試通知，在收到面試通知後14天內要完成面試。

注意MIT在拿到面試通知後，以後需要寫 250字的一篇小Essay。題目如下：

In 250 words or less, please describe a time when you contributed toward making a work environment or organization more welcoming, inclusive, and diverse.」

官方沒有公布誰來面試，過去的面試官大部分是招生官。
多久發麵試？
去年錄取的學員是在1月提交，3月2日進行的面試，供大家參考。
