We kick-off this immersive experience with approximately 3 weeks focused on the L』Oréal essentials - honing your business acumen, elevating your knowledge of our products, consumers, and customers and helping you understand the company culture. During this induction, you will meet your marketing team and onboard with the other Management Trainees in Sales, Finance, IT, R&I, and Operations. You will also manage 1-2 strategic marketing projects over the course of your year in the program.
Next, you will dive directly into a omnichannel immersion, including a field assignment within the New York tri-state or greater Los Angeles area based on your placement. Your main responsibility will consist of overseeing the brand strategy execution in the retail space (e.g. promotional activity, brand presentation, pricing, placement and inventory management). You will own your territory and point of sales with our strategic retailers. You will be coached by commercial sales professionals and supported with weekly check-ins at our headquarters. During this assignment, you will continue to master your marketing skills by working on your marketing project – (conducting research, competitive analysis, interviewing stakeholders, creating your launch plan, and developing cross-functional partnerships, etc.). You will also focus on the online business to develop an understanding of online vs. offline to help create a seamless experience for the consumer at all touchpoints.
Currently enrolled in a 4-year college or university pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation between December 2020 – July 2021；
Able to start working fulltime starting September 2021 upon graduation with your bachelor’s degree；
Legally authorized to work in the US on a fulltime, permanent, and ongoing basis without requiring sponsorship now or in the future；
Willing to relocate to any USA-based office that has a Marketing Management Trainee opportunity.
Stand-out Qualifications:
Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in any major with a total GPA of 3.0 or higher；
Showcased ability to work in a professional, dynamic environment through previous internship or relevant work experience. This include part-time work, work study, side-gigs, freelancing, volunteering, summer work, or internships；
Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity in fast-paced working environment；
Consumer-centric thinking；
Demonstrated leadership ability and interest in Marketing through your academics, extra-curricular activities, or professional/volunteer work；
Established self-awareness, in terms of understanding your own culture, identity, biases, prejudices, power, privilege and stereotypes.

Practical experience in consulting, a renowned industrial enterprise or start-up (ideally with a strategic focus) with outstanding performance in an intern or junior position；
Doctorate’s or Master’s degree from a top-ranked university with a major and/or minor in Business, Economics, Engineering, or other applied or natural science disciplines；
Strong analytical, conceptual, and creative problem-solving skills combined with an entrepreneurial mindset；
Proven ability to communicate complex ideas clearly (written and spoken) in English and preferably another language;
Record of leading teams and working collaboratively in academic or extracurricular settings；
Aptitude to foster a team-oriented environment, build rapport and long-lasting relationships, and share knowledge with others；
Professional and/or academic experience in Siemens key markets such as Europe, the Americas, and the Middle East is highly preferred.

BA/BS degree with demonstrated record of high achievement. Concentration in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics preferred；
Strong knowledge of finance and accounting and/or related professional Municipal Finance experience a plus；
Highly motivated, committed and responsible, with a demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities and requests；
Proficiency with computers and standard productivity applications；
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain relationships at all organizational levels；
Strong oral and written communication skills；
Ability to take initiative and function independently balanced with strong teaming skills；
Maintain high standards of professional and ethical conduct；
Required to obtain Series 63 and 52 licensing within 90 days of hire.
