工作簡介：
1.與德勤專業諮詢團隊共同工作，參與具體項目；
2.協助項目團隊完成資料的搜集、整理和初步分析；
3.在諮詢顧問指導下開展工作，按時完成所分配的工作任務；
4.能夠與擁有多年諮詢經驗並且充滿凝聚力的資深團隊一同工作；
5.協助項目組準備交付材料。
崗位要求：
1.專業：本科及以上學歷，具備計算機、通信、信管等背景，有實習經驗者優先；
2.技能：熟練使用PPT、Excel、Word等辦公軟體，有行研、諮詢經歷者優先；
3.資質：品學兼優，靠譜認真，善於分析和思考；熱愛新事物，快速學習能力強；對自己有要求，做事不將就；樂於溝通，具備團隊合作精神。
4.實習結束提供實習證明+推薦信，表現優秀有留用機會；

德勤審計實習生
地點：深圳/遠程
提供：實習證明+推薦信+背景調查
時間：1-2個月，每周3-5天
實習內容：
1.參與執行各類型審計業務
2.理解審計程序的目的，熟悉審計基本操作流程
3.能夠在指導下，按照審計程序要求，按時按質完成部分簡單科目的審計工作
4.完成的工作底稿符合事務所規範格式要求，有邏輯性、易於理解、簡明且索引清楚
5.協助項目審計負責人做好審計資料整理歸檔工作
崗位要求：
1.具有較強的敬業精神和團隊意識，同時具備一定的溝通、組織協調和分析判斷能力
2.通過CET-4，註冊會計師考試部分科目者優先
3.具備大、中型會計師事務所審計實習工作經驗者優
4.能熟練運用個人計算機及常用辦公軟體

Tier1諮詢-德勤摩立特
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Client Service
Complete all tasks including the handling of all complex calls and queries, to a high quality, to meet client requirements in a timely and accurate manner
Quality control of transactions processed and client correspondence
Assist in the delivery of on the job training and development of other administrators.
Ensure business standards and client deadlines are met on a consistent basis
Actively initiate Error, Fines & Loss analysis
Escalate client issues where necessary
2.Technical
Adhere to procedures in relation to all tasks
Administration of Clients trades and maintenance of register, processing of cash movements and reconciliation
Identify process efficiencies in the course of their daily work and propose to line managers
Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Transfer Agency processes and Systems
Gain broad expertise on company products
Build and maintain internal network of contacts
Display thorough understanding of the following tasks:
Issuance of contract notes and settlement confirms
Processing of monetary settlement, money in/out and FX process
Administration of commission payments Processing of Fund distribution Units in Issue reporting and reconciliation
Reconciliation completion and clearance of trades and cash Processing of register maintenance requests

這家一度可以在戰略諮詢領域抗衡
麥肯錫、BCG、貝恩的公司，
在存續了30年不到後，就猝然倒下。
德勤看準了好時機，
一舉將摩立特收購，
以此進一步增強諮詢板塊的實力。
在收購了摩立特後，
德勤諮詢的戰略與運營部門，
幾個主要業務線，
分別是Financial management，
Financial Service Industry-S&O，
以及Monitor Deloitte(德勤摩立特)等。
例如財務流程優化，綜合績效管理，投資管理運營，
其主要競爭對手是其他的四大諮詢。
而德勤摩立特從事的業務就是我們理解中的戰略諮詢業務，
包括企業戰略規劃，定價及盈利管理等。
其涉及的行業更廣。
德勤摩立特中國擅長的行業主要是
醫療，汽車，消費品等。
它的主要競爭對手是
麥肯錫，波士頓諮詢，貝恩諮詢
以及其他一些二線諮詢。
自然而然，
德勤摩立特對人才的要求，
肯定相對會更高。
按照以往經驗，
同樣入職德勤，
摩立特員工的面試流程會更嚴苛，
薪酬待遇也會更好。

如何應聘德勤摩立特?
對於大學生而言，
目前有實習生轉正，
以及校園招聘兩條路可走。
這次德勤中國戰略與運營部門，
招聘的暑期實習生，
實習地點分別位於上海、北京和香港。
其中，德勤摩立特團隊招人，
主要是在上海和北京。
需要注意的是，
德勤只允許投遞一個實習生職位，
並且一旦投遞，就不可更改。
所以，大家在投遞簡歷時，要慎重行事。
如果已經網申完成，他們家就不允許再修改已完成的申請了。
而應聘德勤摩立特暑期實習生，
重點和難點和其他多數諮詢公司無異，
主要是case interview。
德勤摩立特的暑期實習生會有自己專門的培訓，
同時具有極高的return rate，
以往的return率都在70%以上。
正式入職後，
摩立特團隊會先於德勤諮詢其他部門
進行兩周的集體培訓，
之後會有一周的摩立特團隊內部培訓。
當然，除了這種集體培訓，他們家更加強調的是
on-job training以及導師制度，
每一個摩立特團隊成員在加入公司後
都會被分配一個counselor(導師)。
薪酬上，摩立特團隊的基本薪酬，
是德勤諮詢其他團隊的2-2.5倍，
漲幅的話看評級，
基本上是一年漲28%-35%。
其實，在和德勤合併前，
摩立特的薪資，
在諮詢公司中，一直都比較具有吸引力，
據說一度薪資堪比MBB。
在和德勤合併後，
他們家實際上薪酬已經稍微有所下降。
但即使稍降，
也比德勤內部其他團隊強上不少。
就職業發展這塊而言，
摩立特團隊成員的出路也是十分廣泛的，
有申請到美國頂尖MBA項目;
有跳槽到其他諮詢公司的(主要是MBB);
也有去企業戰略部的，
BAT戰略部中就有著大量摩立特團隊成員。

來準備面試。
打開官方tool，然後按照字面提示操作就可以了。
第一步，選擇對應的學歷。
第二步，選擇要練習的case類型，
提醒大家，一定要選擇第二個，
strategy &Operations case。
第三步，就是選擇具體的case了。
建議大家把下面的case，都練習下。
官方tool的優點是案例比較權威，
但畢竟不是真人實時對話的形式，
所以，
很難完全還原真實的case interview。
