第7小結英語的數詞和量詞
數詞：表「多少」（基數詞）和「第幾」（序數詞）的詞，叫數詞，與代詞一樣，或相當於形容詞，或相當於名詞。
1，基數詞，下面是最基本的基數詞，其他數目均由這些基數詞構成：
註： 11，12,13, 15，40特殊，十幾+teen 幾十是+ty
2，除了上表列出的基詞外，其他基數構成法如下：
2.1， 21-99 先說幾十再說幾，32 thirty-two 75 seventy-five
2.2， 101-999先說幾百，再加後面的數
719 seven hundred and nineteen(十位數不是零這個AND可以省略）
908 nine hundred and eight
2.3， 1,000以上的詞，先從後向前數，每三位數加一個逗號（以此把數目分為若干段）。第一個逗號前的數為thousand,第二個逗號前的數為million,第三個逗號前的數為billion.
1003 one thousand and three
9,703 nine thousand ,seven hundred and three
147,258 one hundred forty-seven thousand, two hundred and fifty-eight
18,657,421 eighteen million, six hundred and fifty-seven thousand, four hundred and twenty one
這類數字hundred, thousand,million,billion 等詞一般都用單數形式。
3，hundreds等可泛指數量多
Hundreds of buildings have sprung up this year.
4, He died in his forties.他四十多歲就死了。
5，This took place in the 1930s. 這事發生在20世紀30年代。
I was working in Singapore in the 60's. 60年代時我在新加坡工作。
6，常見公式
3+3=6， three plus three is six
6-3=3 six minus three is three
3x3=9 three times /multiplied by 3 is 9.
9/3=3 nine over /divided by 3 is 3
16:4=4 the ratio of 16 to 4 is 4
7, the earth is 49 times the size of the moon. =
The earth is 48 times larger than the moon. （常用的名詞有size,height,weight,length,width,output,number,amount,value)
二，序數詞
表示第幾的詞，
與上面基數相對的序數詞如下
1，基數詞變成序數詞，1-19大部分是加TH，幾十去Y加ieth,
2,十位數的序數詞如包含1-9的個位數時，十位數用基數詞，個位數用序數詞。有連字符-
如： 第32 thirty-second
3,百千萬等的基數詞也是加th, one hundredth
4,序數詞常縮寫成數字和末尾兩字母first 1st ,twentieth 20th
twenty-first 21st,
5，分數表示法
2/3 讀作two thirds
表示分數時，分子須用基數詞，分母用序數詞。分子如是1以上，分母需用複數形式。
但現在傾向於用OVER，尤其是較複雜的分數

6,小數的讀法1.25 one point two five
三量詞量詞不是一種詞類，它也包含某些短語。
1，英語的名詞有可數，不可數之分。可數名詞可用one, two 這樣數字來表示，也可用量來表示。不可數名詞只能用量表示。
a (great/large/small) deal,amount,quantity of (不可數名詞）
a (great/large/small)number of 可數名詞
比如有些量詞也很形象a cube of sugar a coil of wire 一卷電線 a grain of rice
