Mr.Guojun, the president of Zonergy, paid the in-depth front-line visit to Pakistan regarding the project of PV Power Station

在巴哈瓦爾布中興能源3×100MW 電站考察期間，郭總一行考察了電站運維的各個環節，包括中控室運行監控、值班數據記錄、電量數據上報、調度聯繫、光伏區設備運行情況、主變運行情況、132kV 線路電力輸出、整年發電情況等等環節；詳細了解了光伏電站整個運維過程，包括天氣對發電量影響、組件質量情況、陽光逆變器運行情況、特銳德箱變運行情況、高壓架構輸出、外部電網分布等等。
Mr. Guo, together with his associates, made the onsite investigation tour of every operation procedures which led by the operation staffs of the PV power station. The whole operation procedures include the monitoring work of central control room，the record of the staff on duty, the data uploading of the electricity volume, the operation status of the equipment and transformer in the PV Power Zone, electrical output line of 132KV, annual power generation, etc. While to learn more about the complete operation procedures of the PV Power Station, which includes the volume of power generation to be based on the weather, the quality of the components, the inverters, TGood box substation, the output of High-voltage architecture and external power grid distribution, etc.
考察完電站後，郭總一行對電站的運行管理表示讚許，並要求電站做好證書、技工和勞務人員合同保險、薪資、編制、考核評比、考勤、工資發放、工作籤證、培訓、品牌等方面的管理工作。
Mr.Guo and his associates praised on the operation management work of the power plant and requested the implementation of the administrative work includes the management of the certificate, technicians, the relevant personnel insurance , remuneration package, head count, the benchmark of duty performance, payroll deal, the working visa, training and branding,etc.
隨後，郭總一行考察了光伏區，聽取了巴運維部長王強的介紹，詳細了解光伏區各設備運行情況、組件清洗、清洗機器人運行情況、道路基礎設施、光伏區的日常維護工作、安保情況等，對光伏區組件清洗工作提出具體建議和意見，同時對一線工人的辛苦工作給予認可和表揚。
Mr. Guo’s group visited and investigated the PV Power zone afterwards, and listen to the briefing of Mr. Wang Qiang, the operation director of the Zonergy project, Pakistan. To learn more about the operation status of various PV-related equipment in the PV Power Zone, the components cleaning, the operation status of the intelligent cleaning robot, the road infrastructure, the daily maintenance of the PV Power Zone and the security situation, etc. Mr. Guo put forward the specific suggestion and opinion towards the PV-related components cleaning and acknowledge and recognize the hard work of the frontline workers.
元旦早晨，郭總與項目地所有工作人員一起參加了升國旗儀式。升旗儀式結束後，郭總與Ranger領導和電站保安親切交談，並頒發公司徽章，Ranger領導表示非常感謝郭總到訪園區，他們會一如既往的提供全方位安全保護。
Mr.Guo talked with the top official of Ranger and the security guards cordially and issued the medal of Zonergy to them. The top official of Ranger expressed his gratitude to Mr. Guo’s Industrial Park visit and claimed to offer the all-around security service as always.
考察期間，郭總參觀了A站光伏區清真寺，還視察了土耳其項目進展情況，聽取了巴基斯坦子公司員工的述職報告，並進行測評。
Mr. Guo visited the mosque which situated within the PV Power Zone of Apollo Solar Development Pakistan Limited, and inquire the progress of the Turkish project of Zonergy.
據國外媒體報導，旁省政府目前存在局勢比較動蕩，易發生恐怖事件的危險。尤其針對「一帶一路」項目，當地政府安保部門多次發布安全預警。此前媒體有報導在2018年11月23日，中國駐喀拉蚩總領館遭遇恐怖襲擊，其中負責中國駐喀拉蚩總領館安全保衛的兩名警員以及一名領事館保安以身殉職。
The current turbulent political situation incurred the tendency of terrorist incidents, according to the overseas media report, 「the belt and road」 initiative become the victim in particular since the security warnings has been issued by the ministry of security of the local government. As you may noticed that, the Consulate General of China, Karachi has been raided by few terrorists on Nov.23rd,2018, two policemen and one security guard sacrificed.

郭總一行為了巴基斯坦電站的未來發展，遠赴海外，深入一線項目基地指導工作，不顧自身安危、不辭辛苦的精神深深地打動了巴基斯坦廣大員工，給予遠在海外工作的員工們以莫大的鼓舞。
For the sake of the development of the PV Power Station in Pakistan, Mr. Guo’s group paid the overseas onsite business trip and offer the guidance work, regardless of the personal safety and harsh conditions, deeply moved the massive staffs in Pakistan, as such activity acted as the great encourage to our employees who worked abroad.
巴基斯坦運維部長王強表示，郭總的一席談話給他的感觸很深，對待問題的深思遠慮很值得他們學習。第一，運維管理工作要立足長遠，巴基斯坦電站運維25年，要著眼於未來。第二，中興能源電站屬於巴基斯坦第一個大型光伏電站，具有龍頭作用，應該加大宣傳力度，制定行業標準，將來要做到中興能源標準就是權威標準。這些想法立意深遠，按此思路走下去，相信中興能源的未來將會越來越好。
Mr.Wang Qiang, the operation director of Zonergy, Pakistan claimed that Mr.Guo’s speech deeply moved him as his deliberation towards the problems made the good example for them. Firstly, the operation work must be forward-looking, as this project shall operate in 25 years. Secondly, being the 1st large-scale PV Power Station in Pakistan, needless to say, the leading role has been established, thus the necessary publicity activity ought to be strengthened, the industry standard ought to be set up. The benchmark of the industry standard of Zonergy aimed to become the authoritative standard of the same industry. Zonergy’s future, as long as implement such strategy, will become even brighter based on such far-reaching intentions.

中興能源以擔當國家戰略實施、服務國際社會民生為己任，積極投身參與「一帶一路」建設。2015 年 4 月，中興能源巴基斯坦 9×100 MW光伏電站正式開工，成為當時全球範圍內規模最大的單體太陽能發電項目。2016 年 6 月，一期 3×100 MW光伏電站正式併網發電。截至 2018年12月中旬，累計發電量約13億度，滿足了近28萬戶家庭居民用電需求，緩解了巴基斯坦電力緊缺局面，為促進當地經濟發展、改善人民生活、拉動社會就業、培養光伏人才、優化能源結構等做出了積極貢獻。該項目也是中巴經濟走廊首個完成融資、首個併網發電、首個獲取巴方支付電費的新能源項目，在「一帶一路」中巴經濟走廊建設中發揮示範效應。
Zonergy actively takes the responsibility of implementing national strategies and serving the people of the international community, while actively participate 「the Belt and Road」 initiative. The construction of the PV Power Station (9x100MW, 3 phases) commenced in Apr. 2015, which is the then-largest solar PV power project all over the world. The PV Power Station (3x100MW,1st phase) officially connected the power grid in June,2016. Up till the mid-term of Dec. 2018, the cumulative power generating capacity reaches to 1.22 billion kwh, which meet the demand of electricity access of almost 280,000 households, thus relieve the burden of power shortage in Pakistan, and actively contribute the local economy, improve the daily life of the citizens, create the job opportunities, and train more PV power talents and optimize the energy structure. This project serves as the 1st new energy project to complete financing and grid connection and get paid by the Pakistan government, all of which plays as the leading role in the CPEC, segment of the Belt and Road Initiative.
