Safety Technical Requirements of Oil Transport Tankers and Refueling Tankers
1 SCOPE
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, safety requirements and safety signs and markings of oil transport tankers and refueling tankers.
This standard is applicable to the oil transport tankers and refueling tankers, oil tanker semi-trailers and refueling tanker semi-trailers (hereinafter referred to as 「road tanker」), retrofitted on a type-approved vehicle chassis and loaded with the diesel fuel or heating oil, light (UN No. 1202), motor spirit or gasoline or petrol (UN No. 1203), kerosene (UN No. 1223) as defined in GB 12268.
This standard is not applicable to the plane refuellers.

1 範圍
本標準規定了運油車輛和加油車輛的術語和定義、安全要求、安全標誌與標識。
本標準適用於採用定型汽車底盤改裝的，裝運GB 12268 界定的柴油或輕質燃料油（UN 號1202）、車用汽油或汽油（UN 號1203）、煤油（UN 號1223）的運油車、加油車，以及運油半掛車、加油半掛車（以下簡稱油車）。
本標準不適用於飛機加油車輛。
4.1.1 油車的外廓尺寸、軸荷及質量限值應符合GB 1589 的規定，軸荷分配合理，且軸荷及總質量應小於或等於底盤的允許限值。
4.1.2 油車在滿載、靜態狀態下，向左側和右側傾斜最大側傾穩定角應大下或等下23。
4.1.3 洶車的制動性能應符合GB 7258 和GB 12676 的規定。
4.1.4 訕車的後懸應符合GB 7258 的規定。
4.1.5 袖車應設咒符合GB 11567 規定的側面和後下部防護裝置，油車的瞄體及罐體上的管路和管路附件不應超:I I 側面防護裝置，由車的後下音rs 防護裝置內側與罐體後封頭及恤體肩部的管路和附件外端面在長度方向垂直投彤的距離應大幹或等於150 mm 。

4.1.9 加AA 車輛在額定流盤加油時，泵袖系統噪聲應不超過90 dB(A） 。
4.1.10 N2 類、N 3 類運洶車、加洶車及03 類、0 4 類運油半掛車、加洶半掛車應安裝有防側翻控制系統，具備防側翻功能
4.1.11 N2 類、N3 類單轉向軸運袖車、加油車的轉向車輪應安裝輪胎爆胎應急安全裝置．
4.1.12 汕車應裝用子午線輪胎．
4.1.13 罐體與底盤採用螺栓連接方式的螺栓強度等級應不低於8 . 8 級，螺栓擰緊力矩應符合QC/T 518
的要求，並應採取防檢措施。
4.1.14 洶車應配築成部密閉裝卸系統。餘油量應小於或等於洶車容積的0 . 2% ，且應小於或等於0 .02 m 3.
4.1.15 1向車後部應安裝行車導靜電橡膠拖地帶， 導靜電橡膠拖地帶應符合JT 230 的規定。
4.1.16 1山車應有駐車導， 靜電裝置， 駐車導靜電裝置至少選擇以下一種：
