I couldn't reach out to her是什麼意思？
學習英語過程中，我喜歡首先把英語作「用英語學英語，見英語說英語」的能力訓練，養成「求」「英語意思是什麼？」的習慣，總是習慣先問一句：What does it mean in English when you say blablabla? 這樣的「自律」習慣和訓練多少能解決我們平時學英語沒有環境，說英語也沒有環境狀態下自我創造適當的英語語用環境問題，能給自己一個機會把學過的英語用起來，「學以致用」。

這裡面你用中文學的話出現了一個字面沒有的中文「電話」：我電話聯繫不上她，可是，為什麼不改用英語telephobe來理解它呢？
1. Okay.I got you. If you say: I couldn't reach out to her,it means/you mean/what you mean/what you really want to say is: I couldn't reach out to her on her phone/on her telephone/on her cell phone.
你最需要的就是「用」英語的機會，現在「有」機會為什麼卻「不用」，而「用」中文？
2. Well,to reach out to someone here means/refers to contact someone/talk to someone on the phone,or get through to him.
你不僅需要把「新」英語I couldn't reach out to her學好用好，你同樣需要把「舊」英語it means/you mean/what you mean/what you really want to say is: I couldn't reach out to her on her phone/on her telephone/on her cell phone, contact someone/talk to someone on the phone等「用好」，用熟練。
現在你能做到見I couldn't reach out to her「說說」英語並同樣由此養成習慣嗎？
