Mr. Antonio Duarte, owns the double nationality of France and Portugal, is the president and founder of DPARK Foreign-related Economic, Innovative & Culture Park. He was nominated as the European Economic Advisor of Shanghai Yangpu Government from 2009, established DPARK Foreign-related Economic, Innovative & Culture Park in 2010, won the Magnolia Silver Award of Shanghai Municipal Government in September 2015, two years later won the Magnolia Gold Award of Shanghai Municipal Government in September 2017, and the candidate of Honorary Citizen of Shanghai in 2019. Since June 2019, he was appointed as the 「International Investment Promotion Ambassador」 by Invest Shanghai.
