那麼主要有哪些不同的蛋白質,它們之間又有什麼不同呢?
There are two main categories of proteins - animal and plant based.
主要有兩種蛋白質:動物蛋白和植物蛋白
動物蛋白 : animal based protein植物蛋白: plant based protein
那麼哪些是屬於動物蛋白,哪些屬於植物蛋白呢?
Animal based protein (動物蛋白)

The main difference between animal and plant protein is their amino acid profile. Most animal based protein are complete proteins, meaning they contain all 9 of the essentialamino acids. Most plant based proteins are considered incomplete proteins, meaning they are missing at least one essential amino acid. However, eating multiple plant proteins together can creat the effect of complete proteins.
【譯文】植物蛋白和動物蛋白最主要的區別在於其所含的胺基酸。大部分動物蛋白是完整蛋白,意識是說他們含有人體所必需的的9種胺基酸。大部分植物蛋白被認為是不完整蛋白,因為它們缺失至少1種人體必需的胺基酸。但是,同時補充幾種不同的植物蛋白也可以達到完整蛋白的效果。
