自動反衝洗過濾器(簡稱過濾器)，是濾威公司自主研發設計的新一代自清洗過濾系統，內部集成多支縫隙型濾元，當濾元堵塞時，獨特的反衝洗轉臂將濾元逐組反衝洗。
過濾器具有區別於普通網式自清洗過濾器的突出優勢，採用極其堅固耐用的V-SLOT縫隙型濾元，表面縫隙寬度均一，單機超大過濾面積，可低表面流速精細過濾，單機超大流量可達8000m3/h，極高可靠性,可勝任較惡劣水質，如含油泥狀雜質、軟性粘性雜質，較高雜質含量，少量毛髮及纖維類雜質。
過濾器能夠濾除各種水及低粘度液體（如機加工冷卻劑）中的固體顆粒雜質，以滿足系統運行及下道工藝對液體潔淨度的要求，也可用於保護下遊關鍵設備免於顆粒堵塞、磨損結垢，提高關鍵設備運行效率與壽命。過濾器能夠全自動在線連續過濾，降低了停機成本、維護成本和人力成本，是水及水性液體過濾的先進解決方案。
過濾器過濾精度50-2000微米，進出口尺寸2"-24"，細分為3個子系列：適合大流量過濾或高精度過濾；，適合小流量過濾或粗精度過濾，專為粗精度且超大流量場合設計。
工作原理：
[ 過濾過程 ]
液體從進口流入，部分液體直接從濾元下端流入，另一部分從中間分流管中進入過濾器頂部後，再從濾元上端流入，液體從濾元上下開口同時流入，透過濾元內表面在出口匯集流出。顆粒雜質被攔截在濾元內表面，累積成濾餅，使進出口之間壓差逐漸變大，表明濾餅達到一定厚度，此時濾元通量逐漸減小。
[ 反衝洗過程 ]
當達到設定壓差或時間，自清洗動作啟動，減速電機驅動反衝洗轉臂對準一支濾元，濾元上端被封住大部分，下端連接到清洗吸嘴，打開反衝洗閥，將濾元與排汙管接通，濾元外側與排汙口之間的壓差驅使濾出清液反向衝洗濾元內表面濾餅，排入排汙管道。一支濾元反衝洗完畢後，關閉反衝洗閥，清洗轉臂對準下一支濾元進行反衝洗。所有濾元被逐支反衝洗後，整個過程完成。
[ 定位功能]
減速電機驅動轉軸上安裝有定位盤及清洗轉臂，定位盤上的每個定位空分布與每根濾元完全對應，清洗轉臂與其中一個孔定位對應，定位孔到達定位傳感器感應通道時，定位傳感器輸出信號使電機停止轉動，清洗轉臂已對準一支濾元，反衝洗閥打開數秒後關閉，清洗完成，電機繼續運轉，下一個定位孔再次將定位傳感器導通，電機停止後清洗下一支濾元。
