2020年是註定不平凡的一年。 年初,由COVID-19 新型冠狀病毒引發的疫情席捲整個中國乃至全球。在克服了疫情的影響下,我們和業界同仁再次相聚上海迎來CLE中國授權展的開幕,老時間、老地點、和新老朋友相聚,實屬不易又更為珍貴。在此我謹代表中國玩具和嬰童用品協會對來自海內外的新老展商和觀眾朋友們表示熱烈的歡迎!
CLE中國授權展是中國商務部批准的唯一以「中國」字頭命名的授權展,已成為亞洲規模最大、IP品類最齊全、被授權專業觀眾覆蓋面最廣的專業授權貿易展會。作為我國境內舉辦時間最長的授權展會,今年已經迎來第14屆,歷經14年的積澱壯大,CLE中國授權展被業界公認為國內外企業在我國開展品牌授權業務的最佳商貿平臺。
第14屆CLE中國授權展於2020年10月21-23日,在上海新國際博覽中心舉辦。國內外參展IP將超過1800項,覆蓋卡通動漫、藝術文化、潮流時尚、影視綜藝、電子遊戲、企業品牌、體育運動等全品類授權領域。此外,本屆CLE中國授權展的幾大新亮點,也將給大家帶來全新感受。
國際巨頭獨家參展,人氣IP齊聚一堂。中國授權市場的蓬勃發展吸引了國內外眾多高人氣IP,國際巨頭IP值得持續關注。首次參展的美國著名電影製片公司傳奇影業、日本知名動畫公司東映動畫、以歐洲漫畫為特色的歐漫達高,以及多次參展的孩之寶、美泰、暴雪娛樂、美國藝電、育碧娛樂、探索頻道、Smiley、Tokidoki、Licensing Matters等,這些高人氣多層面的國際IP巨頭都把CLE中國授權展作為拓展中國市場、提升知名度和影響力的重要平臺,並選擇CLE中國授權展為亞洲唯一參加的授權專業展會。
此外,本屆CLE中國授權展上,還有多個境外展團的亮相,包括由Total Licensing帶來的歐洲展團、日本角色授權協會CBLA組織的日本展團、臺灣文化策進院組織的臺灣展團等,持續為我國市場帶來更多元的IP品類,共同促進品牌授權行業的交流合作。
IP品類百花齊放,多元化發展。隨著國家政策的鼓勵和市場的積極反饋,國產IP對授權商業模式越來越重視,越來越多的國內IP開始進行授權布局,並積極參與到中國授權展的展示平臺中來。CLE中國授權展的IP品類也日益齊全,呈現多元化發展。
本屆中國授權展上,IP品類百花齊放,IP平臺企業包括騰訊視頻、網易、阿里魚、愛奇藝等知名企業;動漫頭部企業包括奧飛、方特、詠聲等企業;遊戲品類有網易遊戲、中手遊、玄機科技等企業;還有出版繪本品類的墨色幾米;文旅品類的華僑城、海昌公園;藝術品類的浮雲藝術、藝巢;潮玩IP的泡泡瑪特、52toys、IP 小站、若態、多麗羅等;品類豐富,讓人應接不暇。
此外,企業機構品牌的興起也是一個亮點,例如科技領域的中國航天、從服裝起家做成IP的Teenie Weenie。還有多個國內「自帶流量」的IP紛紛加入,包括目前中國最大規模的新音樂獨立唱片公司摩登天空、佛性火爆的新媒體IP新世相,社交媒體網紅大禹網絡的一禪小和尚,萌谷的小劉鴨等,為展會注入新的活力。
近些年來,傳統中國文化與現代潮流不斷碰撞,「國潮風」逐漸風靡全國。本屆展會也匯集眾多展現「國潮」魅力、吸引話題和關注度的國產原創IP,比如充滿文化氣息的文房四寶店鋪榮寶齋、國潮設計東來也、國民漫畫一間宇宙、同道大叔等,體現出了國產IP日益成熟和自信的發展。
文博藝術IP越發光彩。自2017年CLE中國授權展開設中國文博授權展區以來,博物館成為中國授權展的特色之一。優秀的國內外文博類藝術IP不斷入駐展會,博物館IP授權和文創開發也迎來黃金髮展期。
今年除了國家文物局繼續指導和支持中國文博授權展區外,還有中外多家博物館相關機構參與了本屆中國授權展。國內有博物館網紅故宮博物院、陝西歷史博物館、蘇州博物館、臺北故宮博物院,還有曾引發博物館熱潮的「現象級」綜藝節目《國家寶藏》的IP運營商物喜堂;國外有大英博物館、英國V&A博物館、美國紐約大都會藝術博物館、達文西博物館等;眾多世界頂級文化藝術博物館紛紛參加了2020CLE中國授權展。曾經「高冷的文博藝術」走下神壇,越來越多的人類優秀文化和燦爛文明正在走到現代人們的身邊,讓文化藝術成為當代人的生活方式。
CLE中國授權周現場活動精彩紛呈。今年的CLE中國授權展同期,繼續舉辦CLE中國授權周,現場活動接連不斷,掀起一個又一個高潮。CLE中國授權周將聚焦「國潮」「潮玩」「新消費」「文旅融合」「文博授權」「沉浸式主題場景」等多個關鍵詞,以豐富的形式向行業展現品牌授權的創新和商業價值。第十二屆中國品牌授權高峰論壇以「新國潮時代」為主題,深度探討中國原創在今年新冠肺炎疫情後的發展和機遇,助力中國原創IP的發展,迎接新國潮時代的來臨。
IP主題空間進一步打造多樣化沉浸式場景,展現IP主題的場景化魅力。今年將首次舉辦創新項目「IP無界 授羅萬象」T臺秀,用生動的視覺效果呈現IP在服裝時尚領域的驚豔跨界成果。多個IP化主題場景,如IP體育公園、達文西咖啡廳等,玩法多樣,讓人流連忘返。還有備受業內關注的中國授權金星獎,其頒獎典禮將在我國授權圈一年一度的盛宴中國授權之夜CLE Night上舉行。
除了主辦現場活動之外,本屆中國授權展的參展企業還在展會期間展開30多場精彩紛呈的IP推介會或發布會等活動,值得期待。
IP365X全年365天對接。今年更值得一提的是協會主辦的IP365X平臺,正在為行業進行365天線上線下打通的商貿對接。IP365X平臺除了常年展示推廣IP及案例外,旨在集合各行業授權商及被授權商資源,打通信息壁壘,解決品牌授權領域普遍存在的信息不對稱現象。此外,IP365X還聯合數十家國家級行業協會宣傳推廣IP,進行線上線下邀約配對,推動IP與被授權企業之間的商業對接。
展會現場還特別設立IP365X商貿對接區,為在線上預約成功的企業雙方提供線下會議專區,實現無縫對接。
本屆CLE中國授權展依然與中國玩具和嬰童用品協會旗下的品牌專業展會同期開展,包括中國玩具展、中國嬰童展、中國幼教展。屆時四展同臺,將集中政府、協會和行業優勢,更有效促進現場交流對接。還有更多精彩,等著大家去發現。

On behalf of China Toy & Juvenile Products Association (CTJPA), the organizer of China Licensing Expo (CLE), I would love to extend our warm welcome to all exhibitors, buyers and participants, and express our sincere thanks for all your great support!
The 14th session of China Licensing Expo (CLE) will be held from October 21st to 23rd, 2020 in Shanghai, China. China Licensing Expo is the largest and most effective licensing event in Asia and is widely recognized as the most effective channel to understand the licensing market, promote brands, and expand licensing business in China and Asia. For over a decade, China Licensing Expo has witnessed the developing in licensing industry in China.
This year, CLE will present over 1,800 brands of which international brands occupy over 80 percent, from top-notch global licensors to fresh properties. Also, 40 percent of them are new exhibitors this year.
China Licensing Expo was held concurrently with the China Toy Expo, China Kids Expo and China Preschool Expo. And this year, more and more records were made at CLE. Many new things happened in this expo that are worth highlighting.
International properties giants
After 14 years of development, more and more international companies recognize the potential of the Chinese licensing market. International properties giants choose China Licensing Expo exclusively as their most ideal option when exploring licensing business in China.
CLE 2020 hosted new international exhibitors, such as Legendary Pictures, and TOEI Animation, meanwhile many famous international properties licensors including Mattel, Hasbro, Discovery, Blizzard, EA, and Ubisoft have been the regular exhibitors for years. Also, top global licensing agents like Licensing Matters participates the show too, to bring more fresh and diversified properties to China market.
Meanwhile, the dynamic international pavilions will bring more fresh properties to the market and expand a much wider category, including entertainment, arts, museums and fashion at this expo.
Top and emerging domestic properties
As the licensing market in China grows, more and more Chinese companies realize the importance of brand licensing, and start to explore more possibilities in the business.
China Licensing Expo serves as the most professional platform for the domestic properties, from well-recognized properties to emerging ones. In 2020, the tier-one Chinese domestic properties including Tencent, Ali Group, Alpha, Wanda, NetEase, iQIYI all join in the show, and more popular and young properties from social media joined in the exhibition, such as China Aerospace, Yijianyuzhou, Popmart and 52Toys.
Art and museum properties
Alongside the regular tradition of entertainment and characters, CLE covers the whole property category, and the art and museum properties are in the spotlight this year.
The 14th session of China Licensing Expo hosts a special museum section at the show, and more museums have participated independently from home and abroad, including Forbidden City, China National Museum, and British Museum, V&A Museum. The art licensors are raising too. Exhibitors like Tokidoki and Fuyun Art have joined the show independently.
Museums and artists create beautiful merchandise, which are well received by the market. The state-of-the-art of art licensing is becoming trendy and fashionable in China, and more high-end consumers prefer to choose those products to identify with their lifestyle.
China Licensing Week activities
Ever most on-site activities held during the Expo compose the China Licensing Week this year. The twelfth session of China Licensing Summit will further discuss the new media era and its influence on the China licensing industry. At the Summit, speakers from Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Nice Boat Animation, Shanghai Animation Film Studio, and Jahwa, will share their observations and experiences in this dynamic industry with audience.
China Tourism Licensing Forum focuses on the topic of licensing on tourism. China Licensing Professional Academy will provide one whole day training to licensors, licensees, and retailers, to educate the market. The first session of CLE Fashion Show will be held during the Week too.
And at the CLE Night, the China Licensing Star Awards will be presented in the names of Most Commercial Valuable IP’s, Most Popular IP’s, Rising Star IP’s, Best Licensees, Best Retailers, Best Licensed Products and more, to set up examples for the industry.
Besides the activities hosted by the organizer, more than 30 on-site licensing seminars will be organized during the China Licensing Expo by the exhibiting companies. More theme space section will better display the emerging business model, including Sports Fans Club, Leonardo da Vinci Museum of Science and Technology Cafe Lounge, China Licensing Star Awards Zone, and IP365X Match-Making activities, in which more creative ideas and techniques will be encouraged and generated for the industry.
