Well, thank you for all the shared inspiring ideas and viewpoints, which are pretty rewarding and enlightening. Personally, anyway, I still stick to my own philosophy when it comes to such a topic. I can see thepros and cons, and I think we should see any kind of such topics in a wider perspective and from different points of views, so that we can draw a conclusion from different walks of a society, as macro as economy, politics, laws, and as micro as management, human resource, assets distribution, human personality and so on. So I would say this is a very typical case and we have such a fulfilling and productive discussion that, honestly, and contrary to my previous expectation, such group discussion does bring me more than I was looking forward to and should be made more, and at least I hope it would be.

如果你的簡歷上是：管理者，則對個人定位管理者的人，可能涉及到領導藝術和管理方法等問題；而如果你的簡歷上是：營銷經理，對營銷經理定位者，可能會問及成功的重大市場策劃活動等。
