2. 學歷和年齡要求The requirements for applicants』 degree and age are that applicants must:

3、經公證的最高學歷證明（畢業預期證明）和學習成績單，中英文以外文本須附經公證的中文或英文的譯文；

Prospective diploma recipients must submit official document issued by your current school to prove your current student status or expected graduation date. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations.

4、來華學習和研究計劃。用中文或英文書寫（不少於800字）；

8、申請學習音樂專業的學生須提交本人作品的光碟；申請學習美術專業的學生須提供本人2張素描畫、2張色彩畫以及2張其它作品的光碟；

Applicants for music studies are requested to submit a CD of their own musical works. Applicants for the fine arts programs must submit a CD of their own works which include two sketches, two color paintings and two other works;
9、《外國人體格檢查表》複印件。登錄國家留學基金委網站http://www.csc.edu.cn/laihua 或 http://www.campuschina.org 下載，英文填寫。申請人應嚴格按照《外國人體格檢查表》中要求的項目進行檢查。缺項、未貼本人照片或照片上未蓋騎縫章、無醫師和醫院籤字蓋章的《外國人體格檢查表》無效。檢查結果有效期為6個月。

七、申請流程APPLICATION PROCEDURES
1、申請者請登錄國家留學基金委留學生在線申請系統（訪問 http://www.csc.edu.cn/studyinchina or http://www.campuschina.org ，點擊「留學生在線申請」進入系統），填寫《中國政府獎學金申請表》並將填好的表格列印。在線填寫申請時，請確保機構代碼填寫正確（山東師範大學代碼：10445）。
Complete the online application procedure at CGS Information Management System for International StudentsStudents (Visit http://www.csc.edu.cn/studyinchina or http://www.campuschina.org and click 「Application Online」 to register), submit online the completed Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship, and print a hard copy. Make sure you type in the correct Agency Number (the Agency Number of Shandong Normal University is 10445) when logging in for online application.
2、山東師範大學審核申請者材料，確定擬錄取名單並聯繫擬錄取學生登錄「山東師範大學國際學生在線服務系統」在線註冊並提交報名材料；
Shandong Normal University reviews the application documents and decides the nominated candidates. Nominated candidates need to register on International Students Service System of SDNU (detailed information will be issued to the nominated candidates』 email).
3、山東師範大學提交擬錄取名單至國家留學基金委，留學基金委對擬錄取申請者的能力和資格進行審核後確定最終錄取名單；每名獎學金獲得者只能獲得一個中國政府獎學金項目的資助；
Nominated candidates will get Chinese Government Scholarships to study in China with approval of the CSC.CSC reserves the rights to decide the host university for scholarship recipients with multiple offers. Each scholarship recipient—even when admitted by multiple universities—will be granted no more than one scholarship.
4、7月初，山東師範大學向最終錄取者發送錄取通知（錄取材料的製作以屆時疫情防控要求為準）。
The CSC reviews eligibility and qualifications of nominated candidates, approves the List of Scholarship Recipients, and sends the admission documents to universities before June 30th. University sends the admission noticeto scholarship recipients at the beginning of July（Whether the admission materials will be done or not will depend on the epidemic development at that time）.
