Career unlocked - our game based assessment
Next stage will be a series of Games-based Psychometric Assessments that measure your cognitive skills and behavioural preferences. We』ll be looking at your numerical and abstract reasoning abilities and natural behavioural preferences. For instance, how you overcome challenges, how you work towards goals and how you make decisions.
十個小遊戲+18道計算題:氣球(45個),解密碼鎖(4層20個),面孔(50個),聯繫電工還是工程師(150次),箭頭(80個),大樓供電(3分鐘),記郵票(20個),定價博弈(13次),奇偶數(80個),輪值表圖形推理(17分鐘20題),你的最終分數在計算(18分鐘18題)之後,"計算"、"圖形"、"表情" 不管你做的對錯,每個都會給你1000分,還有另外85%以上正確率評分。

5. Career focus - our assessment day(疫情期間改視頻面)
The final stage of our recruitment process is an immersive assessment day we call 『Career Focus』. It brings together everything you』ve learnt about us so far as an immersive 『day in the life』 experience. You』ll work in groups and individually, on a variety of case studies that help you learn even more about the work we do.
日程舉例: So the position I applied was 2020 Spring intake audit. Just give you some information of the whole timeline. I submitted online application on 17th April, passed online test on 19th April, passed game based assessment on 20thApril, and then passed the video interview on 8th May, and then I got the email for career focus day invitation, aka assessment center on 13th May, and I booked the date at 4th June in London office. So basically they have several dates for you to choose and several locations as well.
