為了更好的應對疫情，一些學校和用人單位已經開始準備線上面試環節，視頻面試作為重要的一個步驟，很多同學之前沒遇到過，跑來問舅舅考研複試和工作面試時的技巧，別慌！4個步驟幫你準備好面試！！（文章後半部分為自我介紹英文原文模板以及錄音，有需要的同學可以進行跟讀訓練。）
●選擇一個獨立安靜的區域，確保身邊沒有人幹擾你，有條件的同學可以選擇安靜的獨立房間。
●攝像頭所能拍攝到的一定要乾淨整潔，背景環境儘量不要有雜物，實在沒辦法的同學可以找一面白牆或者背靠乾淨的門坐著。
●保持室內光線合適，不要太亮或者太暗，可以讓別人通過視頻的方式幫自己確認一下光線和環境。
●儘量選擇室內環境，室外環境複雜並且有疫情傳播風險，同時冬天的時候室外會比較冷很容易影響同學們的發揮。
●特殊專業的考生，如果有動作方面的展示，一定要保證場地空曠合適。
●視頻面試一定要保證網絡穩定，電話面試保證信號穩定。
●家中路由器設備如果分2.4G和5G的，儘量想辦法讓其他設備暫時不連接路由器，並儘量保證面試設備使用路由器上的5G信號。
●面試前記得給自己的設備充好電，有條件的可以通過電源適配器或者移動電源進行持續供電。
●視頻面試攝像頭提前測試，儘量能夠看得清整個人。
●如果使用手機設備，儘量根據自身個人情況選擇好前置或者後置攝像頭。
●保證整個人都出現在屏幕中，不要只露半個臉。
●與面試官保持眼神交流，不要左顧右盼，提前和家人說好，期間不要讓他們幹擾你的視線。
●一定要讓面試官說完話再進行回答，這樣會留下禮貌的良好印象，一定不要搶著回答。
●說話儘量使用普通話，言語要清晰得體。
●回答問題的時候要把控好節奏和時間，可以先停頓兩秒思考一下然後再作答（假裝網絡有兩秒延遲）。
●全程保持微笑，不要張牙舞爪，得意忘形。
