食物主題的英語每個人都不陌生,因為我們每天都要吃,這類英語也是啟蒙期的孩子比較容易開口的,只要你在吃東西你都可以說「I have salad/rice/apple... 」 「I'd like some... 」 「My favourite drink is ...」。
今天的食物和飲品主題我們從三方面來了解哦!食物分類(健康飲食/膳食寶塔)、詞彙學習和與食物相關的習語。
食物的種類千千萬萬,我們一般將其歸為五類:
rice noodles cereal bread egg fish chicken nuts cabbage pumpkin apple orange milk cheese butter yogurt olives oily fish avocado各類食物我們的身體每天需要,可以參考下面的膳食寶塔food pyramid,根據膳食寶塔安排飲食讓我們的身體更健康。膳食寶塔提出了一個營養上比較理想的膳食模式,它具體建議了每類食物每天具體攝入的量,比如每天吃鹽應低於6克,雞蛋50克。

lemonade 檸檬水 water 水在母語者口中,Idioms(翻譯成:成語、習語、俚語)的使用頻率非常高,要想自己的口語更接近母語者,要多練習使用成語,這些詞彙已經並非本身的意義,比如 a couch potato 就是一個很常用的俚語,意思是「一個終日懶散的人」,如果非要和土豆掛上鉤,你就理解為「一個躺在沙發上的土豆」吧。如My husband has become a couch potato since he lost his job.
