金花蓮:雄關漫道真如鐵 而今邁步從頭越

Kim Hualian: The strategic pass says nothing of the eternal truth iron, at thepresent takes a step to jump over from the beginning.

人物名片金花蓮,2012年入職華茂教育,現擔任寧波華茂國際學校對外漢語項目助理、班主任。擔任班主任以來,班級成績一直名列前茅,往屆班級中,不少韓國學生先後考入上海交通大學、人民大學、復旦大學、清華大學;任職期間,金花蓮連續幾年獲得優秀班主任、優秀教師稱號。

Profile: Kim Hualian joined Huamao in 2012, currently holds the position of HSK program assistant and Class teacher in Ningbo Huamao International School. Mrs. Kim’s class leads in academic performance. Many graduated student of Mrs. Kim’s have entered Shanghai Transport University, People University, Fudan University, and Tsinghua University. Mrs. Kim has been awarded with titles of 「Excellent Class Teacher 「and 「Excellent Teacher」.



提出班訓以提高班級凝聚力

Promote class training to enhanceclass unity


很多學校有著自己的校訓,如我們華茂的校訓就是「求精務實」。但是班訓這個東西,卻被提及的不多。然而在寧波華茂國際學校卻有這麼一個擁有自己班訓的班級,這就是由金花蓮老師任班主任的對外漢語班,而他們的班訓則是「健康!快樂!進步!」The motto of Huamao is 「Seek refinement and Pragmatism」. However there is seldom motto for class. Mrs. Kim’s HSK class has its own class motto namely 「Health! Happiness! Progress!」

對於這個班訓,金老師有著自己的理解。班上的孩子們都來自韓國,遠涉千裡來寧波求學,孩子們身體的健康直接影響學習,因此金老師便將「健康」列到了班訓的首位,其次就是快樂,不管怎麼樣,孩子們有愉悅的心情才是最重要的,而來異鄉求學,每天進步一點點也是最基本的,因此「健康!快樂!進步!」便成了金花蓮隨帶班級的班訓。Mrs.Kim explained that students of HSK came from South Korea. Their health is the upmost concern of Huamao. Happiness is crucial for students studying aboard. Seeking incremental progress every day is vital for studying Chinese.

八、九十個韓國學生一學期都要住在學校裡,與家人見面的機會很少。所以金花蓮想方設法讓學生喜歡在華茂教育學習,關注、關心他們的學習生活。每到節假日,整個校園就會只剩下韓國留學生,為了不讓學生感到太孤單,安排包粽子、煮元宵、包餛飩、一起看電視晚會、參觀博物館等活動以增加班級凝聚力。而自己提出這麼一個班訓,也是為了增加班級的凝聚力。More than 80  South Korea students study and live in Huamao campus. They spend little time with families. Mrs. Kim invested time and efforts in caring her students in all aspects and making students like studying in Huamao. During weekends and holidays only South Korea students live in campus. Mrs. Kim will plan events and activities to spell loneliness and enhance class unity. These events are making rice-pudding, sweet dumplings, wonton, watching TV and visiting museum, etc.



家校配合互動引導學生進步

Family and school collaborate closely to guide students and to make progress

雖然有了班訓之後,整個班級的凝聚力增加了,但也保不準班上有這麼幾個特別的「活躍分子」。金老師的班上就曾經出過這麼一個「活躍分子」。Although Mrs. Kim’s students are united, there are a few students need special care. There was a special student in Mrs. Kim’s class.

平時上課時,這名孩子一直模仿大猩猩的動作以吸引老師的注意,而且不管老師提什麼問題,他都搶先回答,不管自己會不會,都會在課堂上大聲回答老師的提問。金花蓮老師在了解該名學生在心理上確實沒有問題之後,對其進行引導,並通過韓方教師與該學生的家長取得了聯繫。很快,該學生的家長也通過電話與他進行了談話,經過幾個月的引導,該學生的行為已經有了很大的改善,並且通過了HSK5級的考試,考取了海外一所學校。The student imitates behavior of gorilla and interrupts teacher’s questions. Mrs. Kim guides the student patiently and communicates with his parents. After several months, this student’s behavior has been improved significantly, and he passed HSK level 5 tests. Finally, He entered a foreign school.

作為一名班主任,一名教師,金花蓮無時無刻不在提高著自己。「作為教師,要時刻變成學生;作為項目助理,要時刻變成一個普通老師,站在他們的立場上考慮問題,這樣不僅會體諒到別人,也會避免很多矛盾。」金花蓮說。 Mrs. Kim strides to improve herself as a teacher who’s in charge of a Class. Mrs. Kim said 「As a teacher, I prepare myself to be a student; As a program assistant I prepare myself to be a teacher. Consider step into their shoes, it will prevent conflicts.」

在平常的教學工作中,金花蓮經常聽取其他年輕老師的講課。「我會從中發現一些年輕教師們對待學生的方法,一些新穎的做法,只要是好的,都會去學,並將它們運用到自己的工作當中。」Mrs. Kim listens to young teachers 』 class frequently. 「 I would like to learn new ways of how other teachers treat students. I would use them in my own teaching as well.」

「雄關漫道真如鐵而今邁步從頭越」是金花蓮時常掛在嘴邊的一句話,1997年參加工作的金花蓮可以算得上是一名老教師了,儘管在留學生教育教學這片天地裡取得了一些成績,但她並未因此而感到滿足。Since 1997, Mrs. Kim has been a teacher for 20 years. Although she has achieved remarkable results in HSK, she is not complacent. Mrs. Kim will often recite Mao Zedong’s poem 「The strategic pass says nothing of the eternaltruth iron, at the present takes a step to jump over from the beginning.」
