We stand against inequality and discrimination in any form

We will talk openly with our Nord Anglia community to listen, learn and take action to promote equality and a zero-tolerance approach to discrimination. Without difficult and often uncomfortable conversations, we cannot make the progress needed in society.

Sustained action is what matters most. As a first step, we are creating a global equality programme, to explore every aspect of our education and what we stand for as an organisation. This will identify the most important actions to take and how we will achieve these goals together.
