基本詞彙介紹：

二、各種跳法

單搖：Single under / Single jump

雙搖：Double under / Double jump

編花：Criss-cross

三、Jump, leap, hop, skip比較

Jump：跳的統稱

Leap：力量比較大的跳躍，上下前後跳

Hop：力量比較小的跳躍，上下跳

Skip：有節奏的跳
