早上好！今天國旗下講話的主題是「學會合作」！
Dear teachers and students: Good morning,today my topic is Learn to Cooperate.
有這樣一則寓言：一商人趕著馱了貨物的一頭驢和一匹馬在沙漠中行走。驢對馬說：你幫我分擔一點吧，我累得快不行了。馬不理睬。驢終於累死了。主人就把驢身上的貨物卸到了馬的身上，結果可想而知，很快馬也累死了。馬的教訓很顯然地告訴我們一個道理：合作很重要。我們想一想，如果當初馬答應了驢的請求，結果還會是這樣嗎？其實很多時候，幫助別人就是幫助自己，學會合作也會給自己帶來收穫。個人是小，合作是金。
There is such a fable: a businessman walked in the desert with a donkey carrying packs of goods and a horse. The donkey said to the horse: 「Please help me to carry a little bit, I am worn out.」The horse just ignored the donkey and refused to help him. The donkey died of exhaustion. Then the businessman moved all the goods to the horse. After a while the horse was exhausted as well and died. The lesson from the horse is very clear. It tells us a truth: cooperation is very important. Let us think about it. If the horse had granted the donkey’s request, would the result be the same? In fact, most of the time, to help others is to help ourselves. Learning to cooperate will bring us a lot of benefits. Individuals are weak, but cooperation gives us strength.
什麼是合作呢？顧名思義，合作就是互相配合，共同把事情做好。世界上有許多事情，只有通過人與人之間的相互合作才能完成。每一個人的生存發展都離不開合作。我們呱呱墜地之後，有父母親人精心的呵護關愛，有同伴的提攜幫助，有師長的教育引領，有社會大家庭的保障與支持。沒有人與人的合作，我們每個個體的生存與成長就無從談起。一個人學會了與別人合作，也就獲得了打開成功之門的鑰匙。所以，人們常說：小合作有小成就，大合作有大成就，不合作就很難有什麼成就。這是非常寶貴的人生道理，我們應該牢牢記住。
So what is cooperation? It means working together and helping each other for a common purpose. There are a lot of things in the world that can only be done with people’s cooperation. We cannot live without cooperation. Since we were born, we have needed the care of parents, help form friends, guidance from teachers and also the support from our society. Without cooperation, we cannot survive. When a person has learned to cooperate with others, he also has gained the key to open the door of success. People often say that a little cooperation makes small achievements, more cooperation makes greater achievements, no cooperation makes no achievement. This is a very valuable life-truth that we should bear in mind.
怎樣才能卓有成效地合作呢？你一定在音樂廳或電視裡看到過交響樂團的演奏吧，這可算得上是人與人合作的典範了。你瞧，指揮家輕輕一揚手裡的指揮棒，悠揚的樂曲便從樂師的嘴唇邊、指縫裡傾瀉出來，流向天宇，也流進人們的心田。是什麼力量使上百位樂師，數十種不同的樂器合作得這樣完美和諧？我想，這主要依靠高度統一的團體目標和為了實現這個目標每個人必須具有的協作精神。
How to cooperate effectively? You must have watched a symphony orchestra concert in the concert hall or on TV before. It can be the best example of cooperation. (Look, the conductor starts to wave his baton and then melodious music comes out form musicians』 lips, pours out of their fingers, and also flows into people's hearts.) What makes hundreds of musicians and dozens of different instruments work together so perfectly? I think, this is the result of a highly unified group goal and team spirit.
學校提倡我們學會合作，因為合作才能共贏，團結才有力量。學習上，老師們把班裡的同學劃分成若干個學習小組，成績好的同學幫助成績相對弱一些的同學，讓同學們在「比、學、趕、幫、超」的氛圍中共同提高。校園裡豐富多彩的活動也處處體現著「合作、共贏」的思想。
The school encourages us to learn to cooperate, because cooperation can have mutual benefits. Unity is strength. In class, we are divided into several groups. Let good students help lower students. Let all students study in the good atmosphere of mutual improvement. The colorful activities on campus also embody the thought of "Learn to cooperate.
合作，是我們人生中的一把鑰匙。學會合作，我們才能開啟友誼、智慧和成功的大門。老師們，同學們，讓我們攜起手來，從現在做起，一次遊戲，一次班隊活動，一次衛生打掃，一次創造發明，讓我們嘗試著學會與他人合作，讓團結合作在我們古老的校園裡奏出美好的新篇章。
Cooperation is a key in our life. Only by learning to cooperate, we can open the door of friendship, wisdom and success. Dear teachers and fellow students let us join hands and start to learn to cooperate from now on, in a game, in a class activity, in cleaning, or in an invention. Let us cooperate together to play a wonderful new chapter in our beautiful campus.
