Do, does的用法

小夥伴們，大家是不是經常看到do,does，但是有時候不小心會用錯呢？

下面來做一些do,does用法說明。

 

說明一： do 的第三人稱單數形式是does。

 

說明二：它的用法大體上從兩方面來講。

 

  一、  作為行為動詞，跟其他動詞一樣，比如study, play等。它的意思是「做」的意思。

We usually do our homework in the afternoon.

He does his homework in the evening.

 

  二、  作為助動詞，也就是幫助主要動詞構成否定和疑問等。    

請留意：這類句子是有實義動詞的句子。

1． 當主語是I,we, you及第三人稱複數時，在謂語動詞前加do not (= don’t)

I don’t know it. 

 They don’t have two volleyballs. 

Tina and Tom don’t like ice cream. 

 

2. 當主語是第三人稱單數時,在謂語動詞前加does not (= doesn’t), 謂語動詞用原型 

She doesn’t have a set of keys.   

He doesn’t know my name. 

Tom doesn’t need a computer game. 

 

3、變一般疑問句採用「一加二變三問號」得方法 

  一加   

l 當主語是I, we,you及複數時，在句子開頭加do; 

l 當主語是第三人稱單數時（第三人稱包括she, he, it, this, that,單獨的事物或者人名等）, 在句子開頭加does。

 

  二變   

l 第一人稱變為第二人稱（I / we變為you, my / our變為 your）； l 當主語是第三人稱單數時,謂語動詞要用原型。 

  三問號   

 在句末加問號。 

肯定回答；Yes, 主語 + do/ does. 

否定回答：No, 主語+don’t / doesn’t . (主語要用相應的人稱代詞主格)。

 

I know it. => Do you know it?      

   Yes, I do. No. I don't.

They have two volleyballs. =>  Do they have two volleyballs?            

  Yes, they do.   /  No, they don’t . 

Tina and Tom like ice cream. =>  Do Tina and Tom like ice cream?    

  Yes, they do.  / No, they don’t. 

She has a set of keys.  => Does she have a set of keys?                   

  Yes, she does.  / No, she doesn’t.    

He knows my name.  =>  Does he know your name?                           

  Yes, he does.  / No, he doesn’t.
