好的自我介紹需要包含以下幾個要點：
1. 個人信息：名字，家鄉等;
2. 學校專業;
3. 興趣愛好;
4. 夢想等等……
大家可以根據以上模版自己改寫，控制在正常語速20秒內，然後反覆錄音，反覆聽，再次練習，再次錄音，分析，如此循環往復，口語的提高必須經過這種反覆的自我分析，自我提煉，反覆練習，請大家牢記以下步驟：
