Is time management important?
Sure. Management of time is essential. From the short term, if we could arrange our time well, we are more likely to get things done on time and feel less stressful. Those who couldn’t do it well tend to miss deadlines and mess things up easily. From the long run, I』d say that those who are able to both allocate and implement time management well are more reliable in a company or a family, thus they tend to have more authority and also more opportunities for advancement.

Well, surely that people all have different preferences as to their free time activities, but I guess we can also find some general rules according to age differences. I guess that has something to do with the environment that they grew up with.
