Terms, Marks and Designation for Special Purpose Vehicles and Special Trailers
1 SCOPE
This standard specifies the terms, marks and designation for special purpose vehicles and special trailers.
This standard applies to special purpose vehicles and special trailers operating on highway, urban road and off-highway.

For dated references, subsequent amendments (corrigenda excluded) to, or revisions of, any of these publications do not apply. 3 TERMS AND DEFINITIONS OF SPECIAL PURPOSE VEHICLES
For the purpose of this Standard, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 3730.1, GB/T 8423 and GA/T 114 and the followings apply.
3.1
專用汽車 special purpose vehicle
The vehicle equipped with special equipment, fitted with special function, and intended for specific transportation task or special operation and other special purposes.
3.1.1
廂式汽車 van
The special purpose vehicle equipped with special equipment and fitted with independent compartment in enclosed structure (may be integrated with the driver cab); the van is divided into including specialized goods van and special goods van.

廂式專用運輸汽車specialized goods van
裝備有獨立的封閉結構車廂（可與駕駛室聯成一體），用於運輸貨物、特定人員或特殊物品的廂式汽車。
