Essential information for media Media registration and transportation
各位參會記者：
Dear media participants：
歡迎您參加第四屆世界網際網路大會。大會將於2017年12月3日至5日在中國浙江省桐鄉市烏鎮舉行。
Welcome to the Fourth World Internet Conference （WIC） in Wuzhen， Tongxiang of Zhejiang province from Dec 3-5.
1、交通信息
1.Transportation
大會組委會將為您提供從杭州蕭山機場、上海虹橋機場、上海浦東機場、高鐵杭州東站、高鐵上海虹橋站、高鐵桐鄉站到烏鎮會場的往返接送服務，我們的工作人員將會帶領您乘車。
The WIC Organizing Committee will provide shuttle service between the conference site and Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport，Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport，Shanghai Pudong International Airport，Hangzhou East Railway Station， Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station， and Tongxiang High-speed Railway Station.Staff members from the conference organizing committee will guide the participants.
由於烏鎮西柵園區容量有限，自行前來（包括自駕車）的記者須到桐鄉高鐵站換乘大會接站班車前往註冊報到點。
Since the parking area is limited in Wuzhan West Gate Scenic Area， reporters coming to Wuzhen by themselves （including self-driving） will have to transfer to shuttle bus in Tongxiang High-speed Railway Station.
接站班車服務時間：12月2日（星期六）06：00-24：00
Shuttle bus service is available from 6：00 to 24：00 on Dec 2 （Saturday）.
2、註冊籤到
2.Media Registration
媒體現場註冊籤到點設在烏鎮黃金水岸大酒店。請您本人於12月2日憑有效護照/港澳臺居民通行證/身份證、記者證辦理籤到手續，領取大會媒體註冊卡及會議材料。
Onsite media registration service will be available in Gold River Side Hotel Wuzhen. Please register with valid identification document， including passport， mainland travel permit for Hong Kong and Macao residents， identity card. Press card is also essential for the media registration. Conference registration card and conference materials will handed out.
註冊籤到服務時間：12月2日（星期六）08：00—24：00，根據大會安保和接待規定，請記者朋友們按規定時間報到。
Onsite registration will be open from 8：00 to 24：00 on Dec 2 （Saturday） and please register in designated time.
3、新聞中心
3.Media Center
大會新聞中心包括記者公共工作區、記者服務處、媒體公共採訪區、新聞發布廳、公共信號服務處等功能區塊，為大會記者提供全方位服務。
The conference media center will include public working area for reporters， reporters』 service center， public interview area， press conference room and multimedia center， providing all-round service to media reporters.
大會新聞中心將於12月2日正式開放運行。
The conference media center will open on Dec 2.
4、天氣
4.Weather
烏鎮隸屬桐鄉市地處東南沿海，屬典型的亞熱帶季風氣候。12月份氣候乾燥，是當地的冬季，體感溫度較低，請您攜帶冬衣，防寒保暖。
Wuzhen is located at the Southeast coast of China， and boasts a typical subtropical monsoon climate. Given the dry weather and low temperature in December， warm clothes are needed.
