卡斯商學院 (Cass BusinessSchool) 成立於1966年，是倫敦城市大學的一部分。 在2001年獲得卡斯爵士基金會(The Sir John Cass Foundation)資助後，學院由城市大學商學院(City University Business School) 正式更名為約翰·卡斯爵士商學院(The Sir John Cass Business School)。
學院坐落於英國倫敦金融城中心，英國女王伊莉莎白二世於2003特別為學院位於Bunhill Row的新校址揭幕。此外，學院還在倫敦金融城Aldersgate街與阿聯杜拜設有EMBA項目中心。
倫敦城市大學創建於1894年，是英國一所多學科綜合性大學，也許倫敦城市大學沒有很大名氣，但是一提起赫赫有名的卡斯商學院，歐洲乃至世界無人不曉。卡斯商學院在國際上享有非常高的聲譽，並且在歐洲金融業的中心倫敦金融城久負盛名。
該學院的課程設置與學術研究以其與金融業和企業界緊密結合及務實的特性而被業界人人稱道。學院尤以金融、商業、管理、精算、保險和房地產經營等專業見長，被歐洲管理發展基金會認定為歐洲管理學院中的傑出院校並通過了"AACSB", "EQUIS", "AMBA" 三大國際權威商學院認證。
卡斯商學院與倫敦的金融業有著緊密的聯繫，其畢業生大都就職於各大金融公司。英國本土的《衛報》更是將卡斯商學院排在英國商學院的三甲之列。
卡斯商學院擁有國際化、世界級的教學研究團隊。學院教師與客座教授有很大一部分先後任教於哈佛大學、賓夕法尼亞大學沃頓商學院、倫敦商學院等世界知名大學與學院，或是就職於各大知名公司的經理和總裁，有這些擁有豐富的業內經驗的前輩指點江山，也難怪卡斯商學院會培養出眾多知名校友。
卡斯商學院位於倫敦金融城，學生有機會直接涉足倫敦金融城和Tech City。歐洲金融業歷史悠久，業精技湛。當代許多金融知識理論大多源於包括英國在內的歐洲。金融城匯集了大約480家國際銀行機構，其跨國界貸款佔世界總業務量的20%，居世界第一。倫敦還是全球首屈一指的保險市場。倫敦外匯日交易額達6370億美元，佔世界總量的32%。
