本專業在人才培養方面：
1. 注重工商管理與經濟理論的結合，引導學生將管理學、經濟學等方面的知識應用於工商管理實踐；
2. 著力培養學生系統掌握現代工商管理理論與方法、經濟理論與應用、法律知識與應用；
3. 熟練掌握國家工商管理的有關方針、政策和法規；
4. 懂得國際工商管理的有關規則和慣例；
5. 具有戰略思維和競爭意識；
6. 良好的溝通、人際關係技能以及處理工商管理實際問題的能力。
In terms of talent cultivation of this program, graduates will achieve knowledge and abilities, including:
1. The combination of business administration and economic theory, and how to utilize knowledge of management, economics and other aspects to the practice of business administration;
2. Master modern business management theory and methods, economic theory and application, legal knowledge and application;
3. Be familiar with relevant policies and regulations of the national administration of industry and commerce;
4. Attain knowledge of the rules and practices of international business administration;

The project aims to cultivate talents with solid knowledge of modern economics and management, students who can master the research methods and analytical tools of economics and management, graduates who have strong international perspectives and communication skills, and leaders who will become industry elites in the field of economics and finance in the future.
