As the new China Work Permit policy started on 1st April 2017, it’s become more troublesome and strict to apply for Work Permit. Some documents cost much more time than it did before, notarized diploma and Non-criminal record for instance. Both need to be notarized by either China embassy or your own country embassy based in China.
Here is a guidance for you on how to prepare these documents.

由於2017年4月1日的新的工作許可政策實施，新的申請比以前更加複雜和嚴格，很所申請者需要提供無犯罪記錄證明和文憑公證，請見以下申請學歷認證的一些步驟和建議：

For Diploma Verification:
1. If you are already in China, talk to your own country Embassy in China to see whether they have direct diploma verification service, if they have will be great, the paper from your own country Embassy can used directly on the China Work Permit application. As we know, only few of the Embassy have such service.
如果你在中國，請聯繫你們國家的領事館看他們是否提供此類服務，目前只有部分國家的領事館提供相關服務，如果可以，那麼你們國家的領事館出具的文件可以在這裡直接使用
2. You need to go back to your own country(or ask your friend or relatives) to apply the verification.
a. You need to apply the notarization via the local notary bureau or administration center.
b. When you get the diploma notarization from the local notary bureau, then go to the China embassy to notarize all the papers from the local notary bureau. With a Chinese translation will be easier apply in the China Embassy.
c. Some of the country have special diploma verification bureau to offer the service. With the verification from this kind of bureau will be easily get notarization from the local notary bureau or directly from the China Embassy.
如果你在中國以外地區，那麼你需要
步驟.a 你需要回到你自己的國家（或者讓你的親朋好友）向你們國家當地公證處或行政中心申請文憑公證。
步驟.b 拿到當地公證處的文憑公證文件後去當地的中國大使館公證，通常情況下，準備一份中文翻譯件將會更容易拿到公證。
步驟.c 有些國家有特別的文憑認證的部門，這些文憑認證部門的文件更方便在當地公證處公證或者可以直接去中國大使館公證。
3. The easiest way for the diploma verification is applying via the China Education Department Oversea Diploma service center, you just need to show the original diploma and submit the copy online then will get the verification in weeks, this verification is acceptable for the China Work Permit application.
通過中國的學歷認證中心，只需在線遞交申請然後出示原件驗證，等待2-5周就可以拿到認證，這個認證可以直接使用，不需要經過中國使領館認證。請聯繫我們獲得更多相關信息。
