2014年7月20日重慶農商行數據中心發生重大火災,整個機房全部燒毀,直接損失達到一個億以上。
The major fire accident occurred at the Data Center of Chongqing Bank of Agriculture and Commerce on July 20,2014. The server room burned down completely and the direct damage amounts to more than 100 million Yuan.
2017年4月4日晚,北京郵電大學網絡數據中心突發火災,導致北京地區多所高校網絡中斷,校園網無法使用。

Fire erupted suddenly at the Network Data Center of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications on Apr 4,2017. The internet connection of few universities or colleges in Beijing disconnected and the campus intranet service become unavailable.
還有更多沒有被媒體報出來,沒有造成嚴重影響的火災就更數不勝數了,作為高科技技術最為集中的場所,數據中心有各種各樣高技術的消防監控系統,為何火災還是屢禁不止?

數據中心主要由機房區、輔助區和支持區組成,機房裡放置著成千上萬的各種設備,是數據中心核心資產,也是數據中心正常運轉最重要的組成部分。這麼多的設備放置在一起存在很多安全隱患,而且有很多設備功率很大,耗電量很大,與此同時,不少設備的內部有很多易燃材料。機房內部也有很多線纜,複雜的布線增加了火災的風險,所以數據中心裡發生的火災多以電氣類火災為主。
There are 3 parts in the Data Center, i.e. server room, office and support room. Hundreds of thousands of equipment, the core asset of data center stacked there, as they are the key components for ensuring the normal operation of the Data Center.As you may imagine, the potential safety hazard behind the scene, besides that the power capacity of many equipment is amazing and the consumption of electricity is tremendous. At the same time, there are loads of combustible materials put inside the equipment. The complex wiring increases the risk of fire accident. Therefore, most of the fire accident in the Data Center happened because of wiring, power consumption equipment as it may over burn.
其實大大小小規模的火災不勝枚舉,隨著信息化時代在中國的高速發展,大大小小各式各樣的計算機機房在我們周圍快速的建設著。這些機房規模都很小,但其中設備非常昂貴,一旦發生火災,其損失是機房整個消防投資的上百倍。
The fire accidents, no matter large scale or small, as listed above are too numerous to mention in the real world. With the rapid development of Information Technology in China, various PC/Mac Lab (server room), large or small, has been built around us. Generally speaking, those server rooms are small in size, the hardware which installed inside cost a lot. The total loss amounts to hundreds time more than the overall fire control investment once the fire accident happened.

一、高度重視成立安全委員會
We pay high attention to the establishment of safety committee
作為公司機房運行的重點:安全生產一直是公司領導及一線員工的首要工作。在大家全力保障機房安全無事故運行的同時,公司專門成立的安全委員會定期會檢查和組織員工進行消防安全培訓和演練。
The key point of the operation of the server room, the safety manufacturing, enjoy the top priority among the leaders and the workers at the production line. While we make every effort to operate the server room without any accidents. The Unicloud Technology established the safety committee and offer the routing inspection regularly, and conduct the group fire control training and rehearsal.
二、專人培訓強化消防安全知識
Fire safety seminar offered by the experts from the fire security bureau
為了不斷增強公司員工的消防安全意識,11月14日下午我們邀請了內蒙古自治區消防宣傳中心的馬教官親臨公司機房對一線員工及客戶駐場維護人員進行消防安全知識培訓。
Mr. Ma, the publicity center of Fire Safety of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, has been invited as our special guest to offer an onsite fire control training for our staffs and the maintenance workers of Corp. clients for the sake of reinforce their sense of fire safety.

馬教官的講解深入淺出,內容涉及火災發生的原因、怎樣預防火災、火場逃生基本知識、滅火器的正確使用以及如何正確報警等方面進行了生動講解。他不僅從理論上向大家傳授關於消防的各種安全防範知識,而且例舉了大量實際生活中的真實案例,教訓深刻,發人深省。
Mr. Ma shared the profound knowledge of fire control in simple language and offer the vivid explanation to us. The topic of which covers what cause the fire accident, how to prevent it , the basic tips of escaping from the place where the fire accident happened, how to use the fire extinguisher and how to report the fire accidents to the fire department in a correct way , all of which present not only in theory but the real cases in the our daily life. What a good yet thought-provoking lesson.
在此次培訓講解中,教官結合公司機房的特殊性,著重講解了機房電氣火災的消防知識並舉例講解。例如:
The trainer focused on the fire control knowledge of the sever room during the training. e.g.
1、UPS的電池著火
電池著火後,煙漬迅速蔓延整個機房(嚴格意義來說UPS電池不能和機房的設備在一起,但是很多單位因經費和空間限制而放在了一起),即使是不在一個機房,因通道連通,煙漬也會迅速佔領機房。
The battery of UPS is on fire
The smoke swept across the server room once the UPS battery is on fire (strictly speaking , the battery of UPS shall not installed and share the same room with other equipment , yet due to the cost-saving and the space limit, they have to stay in the same room.) The smoke will be full of the room as the tunnel linked even they are not placed in the same server room.
2、負載過大
機房內設備不能滿足用戶需求時,在機房增加設備輕而易舉,但是線纜的負載不是輕易改造的,這樣就造成線纜負載大,過熱引起火災。
Capacity overload
That’s to say, the equipment can not meet the requirement of the users, it is much easier to increase the number of the equipment. However, the cable capacity is hard to replace. Therefore, the fire accident happened owing to overload and over burn.
3、設備積塵,不及時清洗
Too must dust accumulated in the equipment. Not cleaning in time.
由於設備長時間運行,加上環境惡劣,灰塵油汙等不及時清理,引起設備短路、高溫報警,很容易引起火災。
As the equipment operate in a longer time, the poor environment and the greasy dirt stacked on the machine and not clean it in time, the corresponding fire accidents may occur because of short circuit and over heating alarm.
4、老舊設備不及時更換清理
There is no timely replacement and cleaning for the old equipment
特別是線纜長時間高負載運行,再不及時更換及清理線纜,很容易使線纜絕緣層高溫熔化,引起火災。最後針對上述案例教官還提出了建立四個能力來應對火災事故:
Supposing there is no timely replacement and cleaning for the cable after operate in a longer time and overload its capacity in a longer time, the insulated layer of the cable would melt easily and fire erupt accordingly. At last , the trainer put forward four suggestion regarding how to deal with the fire accident:
1、建立全民消防、檢查、消除火災隱患的能力
Be able to group checking and nip the fire in the bud
2、建立撲救初期火災、自救的能力
Be able to extinguishing the fire in the early stage and self-rescue
3、建立組織人員疏散的能力
Be able to organize the staff evacuation
4、建立消防宣傳教育的能力
Be able to offer the seminar regarding the fire safety education
通過此次培訓使大家更加了解消防知識, 同時進一步增強了安全防範意識。

三、硬體消防設施槓槓的

1A主要採用氣體滅火,水噴淋、水噴霧,消火栓、手持滅火器五種滅火的方式。機房採用的是環保氣體管網式IG541自動氣體滅火的方式,每組鋼瓶控制一定的區域,走廊及公共區域採用水噴淋和消火栓的滅火方式,柴油發電機室採用的是水噴霧的滅火方式,各個機房內設置極早期的煙霧報警系統,保證火災的初期及時檢測及時控制,實現火災自動報警和消防連做的控制。
Here in 1A Data Center, there are mainly 5 different way to extinguishing the fire, that is gaseous fire suppression, water sprinklers, water spray system, fire plug and handheld fire extinguisher. The server room installed the eco-friendly automatic gaseous fire extinguishing network, type IG541, each steel cylinder may cover certain area. The corridor and public area adopt the water spray and fire plug. The diesel power generation room is equipped with water spray, while the smog detecting alarm system of earlier generation has been installed in each server room , therefore nip the fire in the bud , and accomplish the automatic fire alarming and directly link to the fire control console.
