今天看到了一個短語「steel yourself」，可不要以為是煉鋼的意思哦!人家的意思是下決心做某事，就比如說跳傘：

1. be yourself 行為自然;不做作

12. speak for yourself 那是你自己的看法，我不是那樣想的
這個短語通常用於表示不同意某人的觀點。
"We had a really boring trip." "Speak for yourself! I had a wonderful time!"

要注意，speak up for sb/sth的意思是「支持;為…辯護」，記得加上up哦!
