在撰寫諮詢信這一類信體的過程中我發現有求助信和諮詢信有點相似，求助信這類信體在前面幾個版本的作文素材裡都還沒有整理到，但是這個信體在2011年新課標高考英語考到過，所以我計劃做完諮詢信下一期也整理一期求助信。
簡單說一下我對這兩類信體區別的定義。
諮詢信：一般是諮詢一些信息，比如大學介紹信息、招聘信息、物品狀況信息等。
求助信：自己遇到一些麻煩，請求對方提供方法建議和資源上的支持等等。
一般很多網站上都是將諮詢信和回復諮詢信放在一起給範文和模板。但是我想了想，還是覺得這兩者需要分開單獨整理，所以也就拆成兩期了。

開頭段：
和回復諮詢信一樣，諮詢信同樣也是流程式作文，按照三步走先打框架再寫就容易多了。開頭段和其他大部分信體一樣，都是先說明自己寫信的目的，這裡要注意是否
①My name is Li Hua. I am a undergraduate student of grade four of Central South University. I'm going to continue my study in Harvard University, so I'm writing to inquire about some information for an early preparation.
我叫李華。我是中南大學四年級的在校生。我即將來到哈佛大學繼續我的學業，所以我寫信來是想了解一些信息以便提前做好準備。
②I am more than thrilled to see your advertisement for the position in . Thus, I am writing this letter with the hope of / hoping to get more information of / with regard / regarding / concerning it.
我很高興看到貴公司在……刊登招聘廣告...。因此，我寫這封信是希望能得到更多的信息。
③Sorry to disturb you, I am writing to consult you about further information of / with regard / regarding / concerning .
很抱歉打擾您，我寫信是想向您諮詢關於……的更多信息....
④I am writing in response to your advertisement /with regard / regarding / concerning ., and I want to get more detailed information of it.
我寫這封信是為了回復貴公司的廣告/關於/關於……，我想得到更詳細的信息。
⑤I am writing to see if it is possible for you to provide me with information regarding / with regard to / about....
我寫信是想知道你能否向我提供關於……的信息
⑥Could you be so kind as to furnish me with some relevant information regarding it?
能否請您向我提供一些有關信息？
中間段：
開頭段表明的自己的目的，中間段就根據題目中給出的具體信息進行你要詢問內容得到提問就可，下面是幾種常見詢問信息的話術。
⑦I've seen your ad about .... and I want to know more about ...
我看過你關於....的廣告 ，我想知道更多關於...的信息
⑧I wonder when ...（活動）begins and how long it lasts.
我想知道…什麼時候開始，持續多久。
⑨First and foremost, could you tell me ....
首先，你能告訴我....
⑩Aside from it, I intend to know...
除此之外，我想知道...
⑪Furthermore, is there anything else I should pay special attention to?
此外，還有什麼我需要特別注意的嗎？
結尾段：
結尾表示感謝，希望對方能夠給出相關信息，並且希望他能聯繫我，有些題目中可以給出自己的電話號碼什麼的（根據題目要點）
⑫I would greatly appreciate it if you could tell me something about the...
如果你能告訴我一些關於這件事，我將不勝感激
⑬Looking forward to your early reply at your earliest convenience.
期待您的早日回復。
