Morgan Stanley Internship Program
FINANCE INTERN
Requirements:
1. Ability to build and maintain financial models using Excel workbooks (usually with 5-20 interconnected worksheets)
These models will be used for prospective new business ventures and to track the
existing business versus pre-existing models for those businesses
2. Maintain the firms on-line Quickbooks accounting system including interfacing and reconciling all
inflows/outflows with the companies bank accounts
3. Maintain the companies payroll records, including all related tax filings with various governmental
agencies, including the IRS, NY city and state finance departments, etc…
4. Availability of 12 to 20 hours per week
5. Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
FOREX TRADING ANALYST INTERN
Requirements:
1. Must have an interest in trading and finance
2. Must also have an interest in education.
3. Preferable: Long Term Internship at least 3 months, minimum of 15 hours/week with possibility to work remotely.
ACCOUNTING & TAX INTERN
Requirements:
1. Willingness to learn while on the job.
2. Good computer skills desired.
3. Accounting courses a plus.
4. Interest in working in the accounting field.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT INTERN
Requirements:
1. Currently college student who has strong leadership and organization skill
2. Net-savvy, basic knowledge of digital and referral marketing
3. Experience with social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
4. Passion for social media management and product launch planning
5. Strong verbal and writing ability in English
6. Guarantee 5-10 working hours per week; the duration of this internship is 2 months
7. Basic understanding of Social Media Marketing, Referral marketing and Content Marketing
SALES AND MARKETING INTERN
Requirements:
1. LOCAL (LOS ANGELES) CANDIDATES ONLY. We are not looking to hire candidates who must relocate to Los Angeles for this position.
2. Applicant must have their own computer.
3. Ideal for candidates finishing college or recently graduated from undergrad
4. Educational and/or professional experience in research and marketing a must
5. Interest in the beauty industry, e-commerce, and tech
6. Must be proficient in G-Suite, Microsoft Office, Powerpoint, and able to pick up new software quickly
