The word we talk about today is 」網絡空間命運共同體」——a community of shared future in cyberspace. It was proposed by Chinese president Xi Jinping at the opening ceremony of the Second World Internet Conference in Dec, 2015. Xi said, 「Cyberspace is the common space of mankind. The future of cyberspace should be in the hands of all nations. Countries should step up communication, broaden consensus and deepen cooperation.」 And Xi called for efforts to "jointly build a community of shared future in cyberspace".
