Requirements
Preferably 1-3 years working experience
Background in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or other relevant fileds. Overseas educational and project backgroud are preferred
Good at Rhino, Sketchup, Lumion, AutoCad, Adobe related design software
High passion in deisgn, fast learner, good team player and communicator
Fluent in English and Mandarin

Requirements
3 years working experience in Landscape detail development and construction package, able to independently complete DD drawing sets
Solid knowledge of design standards and regulations in China
Strong technical skills include but not limited to detail development, construction site supervision, materials and cost estimation
Good team player and communicator
Mandarin and English writing and speaking are preferred
