　　Davis Polk today announced that Jon Gray, a leading U.S. corporate

　　lawyer, has joined the firm as a partner in Tokyo. His arrival, together

　　with the return of corporate partner Eugene Gregor to Tokyo, reflects

　　Mr. Gray joins Davis Polk from Linklaters, where he had been a partner

　　144A and Regulation S offerings and other private placements. A
