在曝光的演員海報中，張雨綺飾演的雪莉楊，造型英姿颯爽，高馬尾的髮型，略帶一點林路暗杆，十分精神，上身一件灰色的襯衫打底，然後則是一件卡其色的外套，襯衫最上面的兩個紐扣敞開，脖子前圍著一條經典的格紋方巾做裝飾，背後背著一把金剛傘，造型時尚摩登，很符合書中的雪莉楊形象。

其實《鬼吹燈》已經拍成了多部影視作品，雪莉楊也由多名女演員扮演過，比如舒淇、陳喬恩等等，其中形象最深入人心的就莫過於舒淇在《尋龍訣》中的扮相了，跟張雨綺的相比，舒淇因為本身氣質的原因，看上去更加像從小在國外長大的ABC，同樣是扎著馬尾辮，額前一點碎發也不留，露出光潔飽滿的額頭。

造型整體上都是有點類似的，外套以及纏繞在脖子上的格紋圍巾，肩膀上背著一個雙肩包，妝容清透颯爽，尤其是眉毛非常英氣，一眼就能看出雪莉楊的性格，而前期在美國的時候，舒淇的造型則是帥氣中帶一點小性感，斜分的劉海修飾了臉型的同時，也增加了一點女人味，裡面一件灰色的低領吊帶做打底，外面的橘色皮質外套，剪裁修身，胸前以及袖子上拉鏈裝飾，很有金屬質感。
