內蒙古大學位於內蒙古自治區首府、歷史文化名城呼和浩特市,距北京400餘公裡。學校於自治區成立10周年之際的1957年,一步到位、高起點創辦,是新中國成立後在少數民族地區創辦的第一所綜合大學,時任國務院副總理、自治區主席烏蘭夫任首任校長,黨和政府由北京大學等十幾所名校選派知名學科帶頭人和學術骨幹,組成建校初期高水平師資隊伍,帶來名校積澱悠久的治學傳統和崇高大學精神,為學校後續發展奠定了堅實辦學基礎和優良學風校風。學校於1962年招收研究生,1978年被確定為全國重點大學,1984年獲博士學位授權,1997年被批准為國家「211工程」重點建設院校,2004年成為內蒙古和國家教育部共建大學,2012年進入國家中西部「一省一校」高水平大學建設計劃,2017年成為國家「雙一流」建設高校,2018年成為部省合建高校,列入教育部屬高校序列。
學校學科涵蓋哲學、經濟學、法學、文學、歷史學、理學、工學、農學、管理學、藝術學、教育學等學科門類,擁有中國少數民族語言文學、動物學2個國家重點學科,生態學1個國家重點培育學科;有18個自治區重點學科、8個自治區重點培育學科。擁有12個博士學位授權一級學科、1個博士學位授權二級學科、7個博士後科研流動站;有27個碩士學位授權一級學科、4個碩士學位授權二級學科、10個碩士專業學位授權類別。
學校在蒙古學、民族學、生物學、生態學、化學等領域設有教育部人文社會科學重點研究基地、教育部重點實驗室、教育部工程研究中心等部級重點研究平臺6個;有自治區重點實驗室、工程技術研究中心、人文社會科學重點研究基地等40個。

(一)「駿馬計劃」高層次人才
1. A1崗:
招聘條件:國家「特支計劃」傑出人才;「兩院」院士;哲學社會科學領域做出創造性成就和重大貢獻、學術聲望高的一級教授(資深教授);海外一流大學或科研機構知名終身教授。
基本待遇:聘任期間享受稅前年薪130-200萬元。科研啟動經費根據不同學科特點和研究計劃具體商定,最高可達1億元;提供從優的購房補貼和安家費,配偶符合調動條件的可調入學校並妥善安排工作。
2. A2崗:
招聘條件:國家「特支計劃」領軍人才,國家自然科學基金傑出青年基金獲得者等,教育部「長江學者獎勵計劃」特聘教授,或具有以上同等學術水平的高水平人才,年齡一般不超過55周歲。
基本待遇:聘任期間享受稅前年薪60-130萬元。科研啟動經費根據不同學科特點和研究計劃商定,實驗類學科在1000萬元以內,非實驗類學科在300萬元以內;為外地引進人才提供從優的購房補貼和安家費,配偶符合調動條件的可調入學校安排工作。
3. A3崗:
招聘條件:國家「特支計劃」青年拔尖人才,「百千萬人才工程」國家級人選,「青年長江學者」入選者,國家自然科學基金優秀青年科學基金獲得者,中國科學院「百人計劃」入選者,或具有以上同等學術水平的高水平人才。年齡一般不超過45周歲。
基本待遇:聘任期間享受稅前年薪40-60萬元。科研啟動經費根據不同學科特點和研究計劃商定,實驗類學科在500萬元以內,非實驗類學科在150萬元以內;為外地引進人才提供從優的購房補貼和安家費,配偶符合調動條件的可調入學校並妥善安排工作。
4. B1崗:
招聘條件:具有海外知名高校或科研院所的博士、博士後經歷,或國內一流高校與科研院所副高級以上職務;取得國內外同行公認的重要學術成果,對學科建設和本領域科研工作具有創新性構想,具備主持承擔國家級重點項目、組織開展創造性研究工作、做出一流科研成果的能力水平。具有成長為「傑青」、「長江學者」的發展潛力。理工科類入選年齡一般不超過40周歲,人文社科類入選年齡一般不超過45周歲。
基本待遇:聘任期間享受稅前年薪30萬元。科研啟動經費根據不同學科特點和研究計劃商定,實驗類學科在300萬元以內,非實驗類學科在100萬元以內;為外地引進人才提供從優的購房補貼和安家費,配偶符合調動條件的可調入學校並妥善安排工作。
5. B2崗:
招聘條件:具有國內外知名高校或科研院所的博士、博士後經歷;取得國內外同行公認的重要學術成果,對學科建設和本領域科研工作具有創新性構想,具備主持承擔國家級重點項目、並做出一流科研成果的能力水平。具有成長為「優青」、「青年長江」、「青拔」的發展潛力。理工科類入選年齡一般不超過35周歲,人文社科類入選年齡一般不超過40周歲。
基本待遇:聘任期間享受稅前年薪20萬元。科研啟動經費根據不同學科特點和研究計劃商定,實驗類學科在150萬元以內,非實驗類學科在50萬元以內;為外地引進人才提供從優的購房補貼和安家費。
(二)學術骨幹、青年英才及博士後進站人員引進條件及基本待遇
1. 學術骨幹
招聘條件:年齡原則上在45歲以下,並符合以下條件:
(1)在國內外知名大學獲得博士學位後,具有在海外知名大學或研究機構2年以上學術工作經歷,或在國內知名高校或科研院所具有高級專業技術職務工作經歷,或在國內外一流大學或科研機構獲得博士學位、取得突出學術成就、學術水平處於同齡人前列、具備成長為學術帶頭人潛質的青年拔尖人才。
(2)具有承擔重要科研項目經歷並取得重要影響的系列學術成果,積累有一定高水平科研教學工作經驗,對學科建設和本領域科研工作具有創新性構想,具備主持承擔國家級重點項目、組織領導團隊創造性開展研究工作、做出一流科研成果的能力水平。
基本待遇:提供科研立項啟動經費,實驗類學科100-200萬元、非實驗類學科40-100萬元;發放60萬元購房補貼。享受學校按照國家有關規定提供的工資、保險、福利待遇以及學校各類津貼。
2. 青年英才
招聘條件:年齡原則上應為35歲以下,並符合以下條件:
(1)具有良好的本科和研究生教育背景,在國內外知名大學獲得博士學位。
(2)攻讀博士或博士後工作期間具有學術前沿領域研究工作經歷,學術上嶄露頭角,取得相應學術成果,對未來科研工作具有創新性構想,具備主持國家級科研項目、做出一流創新成果的能力水平或潛質,熱愛教學工作,具有主講本科生與研究生課程的能力。
基本待遇:提供科研立項啟動經費5-30萬元;住房補貼10-30萬元。享受學校按照國家有關規定提供的工資、保險、福利待遇以及學校各類津貼。
3. 博士後進站人員
招聘條件:符合全國博士後管委會有關文件規定的進站條件,以第一作者在重要學術期刊上發表過與本人博士論文或申報博士後學科相關的學術論文,或取得與之水平相當的其他學術成果。
基本待遇:學校安排博士後公寓,全職進站人員享受國家規定的生活費、社會保險費等待遇。參照在編在崗專業技術人員考核辦法,每年由各單位對博士後進站人員進行科研教學業績考核,並依據考核結果發放相應科研教學業績津貼。

Inner MongoliaUniversity (IMU) is located in Hohhot, the capital of Inner Mongolia AutonomousRegion and a famous historic and cultural city with a distance of 400kilometers from Beijing. As the first comprehensive university in ethnicminority region after the founding of the People’s Republic ofChina, IMU was established at a high starting point accomplished at one go in1957 coinciding with the 10th anniversary of the founding of theAutonomous Region. With Ulanhu, the then-vice-premier of the State Council andgovernor of Inner Mongolia as the first president of IMU and a high-levelfaculty at the beginning stage of IMU consisting of discipline leaders andacademic backbones selected by the CPC Central Committee and the centralgovernment from a dozen or so prestigious universities across China, includingPeking University, who brought with them long-accumulated academic traditionsand sublime spirits of universities, a solid foundation for running theuniversity was laid, and healthy academic and campus atmosphere were introducedto IMU. IMU was approved to enroll graduate students in 1962, designated as akey university in China in 1978, authorized to confer doctoral degrees in 1984,included into Project 211 for the building of key universities in 1997, listedas a university co-sponsored by Inner Mongolia and the Ministry of Education in2004, incorporated into the state program for building one high-leveluniversity in each of the provinces in the Mid-western Region in 2012, selectedas one of the universities in China for the Double First-Class initiative in2017, and appointed as a university of co-sponsorship by the Ministry ofEducation and Inner Mongolia, i.e. a university sponsored by the Ministry andincluded into the rank of universities under the administration of theMinistry, in 2018.
IMU boastsdisciplinary fields, namely philosophy, economics, law, literature, history,sciences, engineering, agronomy, administration science and arts,education, twostate-level key disciplines, namely minority language and literature andzoology, one state-level key cultivation discipline, namely ecology; 18regional-level key disciplines, 8 regional-level key cultivation disciplines,12 primary-level and 1 secondary-level disciplines authorized to confer doctoraldegrees, 7 postdoctoral mobile stations, 27 primary-level and 4 secondary-leveldisciplines authorized to confer master’s degrees, and 10 majorsauthorized to confer professional master’s degrees.
IMU has built 6ministerial research platforms, including key laboratory, engineering researchcenter and key research base of humanities and social sciences of the Ministryof Education in the fields of biology, ecology,ethnology andMongolian studies, etc., and 40 regional-level key laboratories, engineering researchcenters and key research bases of humanities and social sciences.
The main campusof IMU is staffed with 1101 teachers and researchers, including 241 professorsand 368 associate professors, of which 74% hold doctoral degrees. 13,673undergraduate, 6,527 graduate and nearly 800 international students arestudying on the main campus. Thanks to the energetic support of the central andregional governments over the past years, IMU has significantly improved itshardware conditions, noticeably enhanced its appeal to talents from home andabroad, rapidly upgraded its educational quality, achieved considerableprogress in undertaking key and major state-level projects, expanding globalinfluence of its academic accomplishments, cultivating talents, serving thelocal development and promoting internationalization, and has proved itself asa pivotal base for the cultivation of high-caliber talents, high-standardscientific researches, high-quality commercialization of research findings andhigh-level decision-makings and consultations.
To speed up thebuilding process of the Double First-class Initiative, IMU has implemented theSteed Plan to enhance the introduction and cultivation of high-end academictalents and the Young Talents Introduction Plan to introduce talents from homeand abroad in large numbers. For the five years to come, IMU is ready to offermore than 400 vacancies for academic leaders, backbones and outstanding youngtalents, provide first-class academic environment, resources, services and benefitsfor them and build with concerted efforts an ideal platform for careerdevelopment, innovation and the realization of academic aspirations.

Qualifications required: Outstandingtalents selected for the National High-level Talents Special Support Plan,academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Chinese Academy ofEngineering, Class I professors (senior professors) with innovativeaccomplishments, significant contributions and high academic prestige in thefields of philosophy and social sciences, renowned lifetime professors fromfirst-class universities or research institutions from abroad.
Benefits: A pre-tax annual salarybetween RMB1.3 million and 2 million during the service period at IMU will beprovided. The start-up research funds will vary specifically based on thecharacteristics of different disciplines and research plans and may amount upto RMB100 million. Favorable housing and settling-in allowances will be provided.IMU will offer appropriate jobs to their spouses with adequate qualifications.
2.1.2 Post A2:
Qualifications required: leadingtalents selected for the National High-level Talents Special Support Plan,scholars selected for the Thousand Talents Program, receivers of the NationalScience Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, distinguished professorsselected for the Chang Jiang Scholars Program of the Ministry of Education, orhigh-level talents with similar academic capacities, aged no older than 55 inprinciple.
Benefits: A pre-tax annual salarybetween RMB0.6 million and 1.3 million during the service period at IMU will beprovided. The start-up research funds will vary specifically based on thecharacteristics of different disciplines and research plans, with the maximumof RMB10 million for experiment-based disciplines and RMB3 million fornon-experiment-based disciplines respectively. Favorable housing andsettling-in allowances will be provided for non-local talents whose spouseswith adequate qualifications will be offered appropriate jobs at IMU.
2.1.3 Post A3:
Qualificationsrequired: young top-notch talents selected for the National High-level TalentsSpecial Support Plan, state-level candidates for the New Century TalentsProject, scholars selected for the Young Overseas High-level TalentsIntroduction Plan, scholars selected for the Chang Jiang Young ScholarsProgram, scholars sponsored by the Outstanding Youth Science Foundation of theNational Natural Science Foundation, scholars selected for the OneHundred-Person Project of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, or high-leveltalents with similar academic capacities, aged no older than 45 in principle.
Benefits: Apre-tax annual salary between RMB0.4 million and 0.6 million during the serviceperiod at IMU will be provided. The start-up research funds will varyspecifically based on the characteristics of different disciplines and researchplans, with the maximum of RMB5 million for experiment-based disciplines andRMB1.5 million for non-experiment-based disciplines respectively. Favorablehousing and settling-in allowances will be provided for non-local talents whosespouses with adequate qualifications will be offered appropriate jobs at IMU.
2.1.4 Post B1:
Qualificationsrequired: scholars with doctoral degrees conferred or post-doctoral backgroundat renowned universities or scientific research institutes from abroad, or withtitles no lower than associate professor conferred by first-class universitiesor scientific research institutes in China; scholars with major academicachievements recognized by domestic and foreign counterparts, innovativevisions for disciplinary building and the scientific research in their fields,capacity of leading national-level key projects, organizing innovative researchendeavors and producing first-class results, and potentials for winning theNational Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars and being selected asChang Jiang Scholars, aged no older than 40 for science and engineeringdisciplines and 45 for humanities respectively in principle.
Benefits: Apre-tax annual salary of RMB0.3 million during the service period at IMU willbe provided. Benefits: Apre-tax annual salary of RMB0.2 million during the service period at IMU willbe provided. The start-up research funds will vary specifically based on thecharacteristics of different disciplines and research plans, with the maximumof RMB1.5 million for experiment-based disciplines and RMB0.5 million fornon-experiment-based disciplines respectively. Favorable housing andsettling-in allowances will be provided for non-local talents.
2.2 Qualifications and benefits foracademic backbones, outstanding young talents and postdoctoral fellows
2.2.1 Academic backbones
Qualifications: Scholars aged below 45in principle with the following qualifications:
(1) Young top-notch scholars withthe experience of no less than 2 years of academic employment by renowneduniversities or research institutes from abroad upon inception of doctoraldegrees at renowned universities in China or from abroad, or employment byrenowned universities or research institutes in China with senior professionaltitles, or with doctoral degrees conferred by first-class universities orresearch institutes in China or from abroad, prominent academicaccomplishments, superior academic capacities among their peers and potentialsfor academic leaders.
(2) Scholars with the capacity of undertaking majorscientific research projects and achieving series of academic accomplishmentswith significant influences, accumulating relatively high-level experiences inscientific researches and teaching practices, innovative visions fordisciplinary building and the scientific research in their fields, and thecapacity of leading national-level key projects, organizing innovative researchendeavors and producing first-class results.
Benefits: Start-up research fundsamounting to RMB1-2 million for experiment-based disciplines and RMB0.4-1million for non-experiment-based disciplines, housing allowances amounting RMB0.6 million; and salaries, insurances, welfare benefits and various allowancesas prescribed by relevant national regulations will be provided.
2.2.2Outstanding young talents
Qualifications: Scholars aged below 35in principle with the following qualifications:
(1) Excellent undergraduate andgraduate education background and doctoral degrees conferred by renowneduniversities in China or from abroad.
(2) Experiences of research in frontiersof academia while studying for doctoral degrees or working as postdoctoralfellows, certain academic achievements, innovative visions for future researchschemes, capacities or potentials for leading national-level scientificresearch projects, enthusiasm in teaching, and capabilities of teachingundergraduate and graduate curriculum.
Benefits: Start-up research fundsamounting between RMB50,000 and RMB300,000, housing allowances amountingbetween RMB100,000 and RMB300,000, salaries, insurances, welfare benefits andvarious allowances as prescribed by relevant national regulations will beprovided.
2.2.3 Postdoctoral fellows
Qualifications: Scholars meeting therequirements of relevant prescriptions of the China Postdoctoral AdministrativeCouncil, having published as the first author academic theses related to theirdoctoral dissertations or disciplines of application for postdoctoral programs,or having attained similar academic accomplishments.
Benefits: IMU will provide apartmentsspecifically designed for postdoctoral fellows and living expenses and socialsecurity insurances for full-time postdoctoral fellows working at thepostdoctoral mobile stations. Performance assessments will be conducted on thescientific research and teaching of the postdoctoral fellows working at themobile stations annually by corresponding departments of IMU in accordance withregulations and procedures of assessment of in-service professional andtechnical personnel as basis for the payment of performance allowances.
