關於《環球科學》和「科研圈」
《環球科學》是世界領先科技媒體《科學美國人》獨家授權中文版，服務於中國公眾與科技群體，提供前沿科技報導與領先的科技資訊。《科學美國人》（Scientific American）創刊於1845年，是全球連續出版歷史最長的科技期刊，為全球超過 500 萬讀者提供有關科技的前瞻報導和深度解讀，在 14 個國家同步出版發行，是溝通科學與大眾的最佳平臺。
「科研圈」（公眾號 ID：keyanquan）是 2015 年由《環球科學》發起的傳播學術成果、提供科研人才服務的網際網路平臺，影響近百萬華人青年學者。官方網站「領研網」 www.linkresearcher.com 已同步上線。

學術新聞實習生（遠程/坐班）
崗位說明
· 遠程實習生：每周保證 3 天在線，實習至少 3 個月，能長期在線實習（4 個月以上）的優先。
· 坐班實習生：每周保證 3 天辦公室坐班，實習至少 3 個月。辦公地點：北京市建國門。
· 實習結束將獲得一份實習證明。
工作內容
· 參與「科研圈日報」的選題、製作和發布
· 「科研圈」新媒體稿件的選題、策劃、翻譯和撰寫

· 有科學採訪報導、科普寫作經驗
· 愛好閱讀，知識面廣，對自己專業領域之外的事物保持好奇心
以上加分項不作硬性要求。如有相關作品，包括個人發表在微博、微信公眾號等平臺的作品，請隨簡歷一併投遞。
如何申請
· 簡歷投遞至 hr@keyanquan.net，並在郵件主題中註明應聘職位類型（例：張三-北科-學術新聞實習-遠程/坐班），合則回復。
· 簡歷寫明可以證明英語水平的測試成績（如四六級、託福等）
· 請隨簡歷附上：
1）從「科研圈」微信號最近一個月發布中的文章中，列舉 3 篇你最欣賞的，說明理由。
2）列舉 3 個你最喜歡的國內外科技媒體（網站、公眾號、app 等），並說明理由。

Bacteria are slippery little suckers. They evolve rapidly, developing resistance to antibiotics and therefore becoming increasingly difficult to deal with.
For the first time, researchers in 2018 caught on film one of the mechanisms the microbes use for this speedy evolution.
Two Vibrio cholerae bacteria - the pathogen responsible for cholera - sit under a microscope, glowing a vivid green. As we watch, a tendril snakes forth from one of the bacterium, harpooning a piece of DNA and carrying it back to its body.
That appendage is called a pilus, and the process whereby the bacteria incorporates the new genetic material from a different organism into its own DNA to expedite its evolution is called horizontal gene transfer.
And June 2018 was the first time scientists have directly observed a bacterium using a pilus to effect this gene transfer; it's a mechanism that has been hypothesised for decades.
