想了想也是，於是就擼起袖子加油幹，這就來給你們送乾貨了。鑑於我自己的英語水平一般，沒出過國，地不地道肯定也比不上老外，我只要求自己寫出正確的英語，能用就行。我們常說，讀萬卷書，不如行萬裡路。世界很大，想出去看看。那出去看看，就需要學習一些實用的英語，方便與人溝通，遇到個急事，會說一點口語，總比拿個手機，打開翻譯軟體強。
於是，我決定寫一寫適合小白學習的旅遊英語，這個系列會分成幾期，都會涉及到你出國旅遊需要的實用對話。希望你通過學習能夠有所收穫。

想像一下，這個國慶，你準備要和你的好朋友去泰國度假，預計在泰國玩個四五天，但是你自己懶得規劃路線，錢包也吃緊，所以你想找個中介，辦一個跟團遊。（group tour）這個時候你就要和旅遊中介取得聯繫，提前預約你想要的項目。
客服：Good morning, this is China Travel Agency, may I help you, Sir/Madam?
譯同學：Hello, I would like to book a holiday to Thailand.這個時候你可以跟客服溝通，你想要去的時間，隨行有多少人，想選擇什麼樣的出行方式，什麼樣的套餐。
譯同學：I would like to go there on the National holiday.
客服: There are direct flights to Thailand and we also have some dates available. Are you planning on traveling alone or taking someone with you?
我們有直飛泰國的路線，現在還有些出行日期可以預訂。請問您是單獨出行還是結伴出行？
譯同學：I would like to take my parents and we would like to stay there for four or five days if possible.
客服: Alright, would you like to book your flights and the accommodation separately or could I offer you some holiday packages of our agency? What type of accommodation do you prefer? How much do you want to spend on the holiday?好的，請問您是想單獨預訂機票和酒店，還是要參考一下我們提供的旅遊套餐呢？您需要什麼類型的住宿？您的旅行經費是多少？
譯同學：I prefer holiday packages, please and we want a direct flight and really need a comfortable place to take a rest. Five-star hotels are favoured.
我想要旅行套餐，要直飛的，住宿舒適的。最好是五星級酒店。
客服：Okay, plan A is highly recommended due to your demand. Could you leave your contact numbers to us and we can send you our tour lines？好，根據您的需求，我們給您推薦旅行A計劃。方便留下聯繫方式嗎？我們發送旅行路線給您參考。
譯同學：Sure. I have added you on Wechat. By the way, what does the trip cost? or How much is the package you are offering?
客服：It's high season obviously, so the whole trip you asked costs 7000 rmb per person. Would you like to make a reservation now?國慶是旺季，所以整個行程我們會每人收取七千元。請問您現在要預訂嗎？
譯同學：That sounds good. I'd like to make a reservation/Oh sorry, that is a little over my budget. Is there a cheaper option?那真的太棒了，我現在就預訂。/不好意思，有點超預算了，還有沒有其他便宜的選擇？
譯同學：Excuse me, what happens if I need to cancel my reservation or booking?
客服：Don't worry. If you make a reservation now, you will get a full refund. To be aware, it will be available to apply for a full refund only if you cancel it in advance 24 hours before the trip. Otherwise, we will keep you 15% of your fee as liquidated damages from your account.
不用擔心。如果您現在預訂的話，取消預訂是可以全額退款的。不過要注意的是，只有出行前二十四小時取消預定才可以申請全額退款。不然，我們將會從您的帳戶扣除支付費用的百分之十五作為違約賠償金。
譯同學：Thank you, I am happy with your offer. Any informations or documents you need to make a reservation?謝謝你，我很滿意。有信息和文件需要提供給您作預訂嗎?
