2. 這句話的詞序值得注意

此題應選D。容易誤選B。
1. a句填are all(They are all clever), 這還好理解。
2. b句要填all are(How clever they all are), 這對考生來說就比較費解了。關於這個問題要注意兩點：
(1) 在通常情況下, 像all, both, never, always, often等詞應放在特殊動詞(助動詞, 情態動詞, be動詞)之後：
We are all students. 我們都是學生。
We have never been there. 我們從未去過那兒。
(2) 但是當all, both, never 等詞和特殊動詞位於句末時, 兩者要交換位置：
他從未去過日本, 但我們倆去過。
誤：He has never been to Japan, but we have both.
正：He has never been to Japan, but we both have.
(3) 由於感嘆句的句型特點是
a. How＋adj. / adv. ＋主語＋謂語!
b. What＋(a / an)＋adj. ＋n. ＋主語＋謂語!
即「主語＋謂語」位於句末, 所以此時要特別注意：若謂語為「all, both等＋特殊動詞」, 不要搞錯了位置：
a. They are both excited. 他們倆都很激動。
→How excited they both are! 他們倆真激動!
b. We are all pleased. 我們都很高興。
→How pleased we all are. 我們都多麼高興!
