澳大利亞技術移民計算機職業申請指南：ACS 職業評估（Skills Assessment）概述
ACS（TheAustralian Computer Society）是澳大利亞移民部指定的 ICT職業的移民職業評估機構，對計算機和通信相關職業進行職業評估，相關IT職業只有通過ACS評估的職業才能進行下一步的籤證申請或州擔保申請。ACS職業評估不需要雅思，因此可以在職業評估的過程中並行準備雅思，這樣最節省時間。
ACS ICT職業評估，不要求專業和學歷；ACS評估有效期2年，評估周期12周。2013年4月起，ACS 新的標準開始根據申請人的學歷，專業和職業減工作年限，符合評估標準之後的工作經驗才算Skilled employment： Only employment completed after thedate you have met the ACS requirements will be counted as skilled employment.
ACS 職業評估類型（skillsapplication types）
1. 澳大利亞大學應屆畢業生（澳洲畢業生，英語授課，學習時間92周以上，畢業半年之內） Recent Graduates of an Australian University inAustralia
2. 澳大利亞大學應屆畢業生考慮工作經驗Recent Graduates of an Australian University in Australia wanting ICTexperience considered
3. 技能類 Skills
4. 學歷和工作經驗認可Recognition Letter
5. RPL類Recognition of Prior Learning
ACS 職業評估類別（distinctgroupings）及扣減年限（2014新標準）
**學士碩士博士及研究生學歷：**
1）主修ICT：
- 專業和提名職業高度相關，近10年內扣減2年或者任意時間段扣減4年，哪個有效時間最早以哪個為準。也就是說，如果申請人工作了11年， 則要扣減3年或者4年；
- 專業和提名職業不高度相關，任意時間段都是扣減4年；
2）輔修ICT
- 專業和職業高度相關，近10年內扣減5年或者任意時間段扣減6年，哪個有效時間最早以哪個為準；
- 專業和職業不高度相關，任意時間段都是扣減6年；
**非學位的學歷（Diploma）與資格證書（如專科學歷），主修ICT：**
- 專業與提職業高度相關，近10年內可扣減5年或者任意時間段扣減6年；
- 專業與提職業不高度相關，任意時間段扣減6年。
**非ICT相關的學歷或者學位：** 扣減6年，並需要RPL項目報告。
**沒有正規學歷（NoTertiary Education Qualifications）：** 扣減8年，並需要RPL項目報告。
注意：ACS提名，有效年限從既滿足工作要求又滿足學歷要求最早的那一點開始計算。 比如申請人03-08年工作，09年獲得了計算機ICT Major學位， 則有效的工作年限從09年獲得學位後開始計時。
對於獲得澳洲ICTmajor學歷的，用於申請永居籤證的話，需1年提名職業相關工作經驗才可以申請職業評估。但是有效的年限從澳洲學歷獲得後就開始計算了， 也就是不扣減年限。其他國家學歷都需要根據以上規則減工作年限，對申請人很不利。
ACS 主修（Major）、輔修（Minor）及非ICT（Non-ICT Qualification ）學歷的界定
1.Major
1） 對於學歷（非學位）獲得者須有至少50%的ICT課程-（比如總科目為30門，需至少15門是ICT相關的課程）可以認定為Major
2） 對於本科學位獲得者（ICT課程需每個學習年度都有，最後一年是高級水平）可以認定為Major
- 3年學制的課程需至少有33%的ICT課程
- 4年學制的課程需至少有25%的ICT課程
- 5年學制的課程需至少有20%的ICT課程
3） 對於碩士學歷、學位（不要求本科是ICTmajor的），需滿足至少1年半的全日制學習以及以下條件可以認定為Major
- 至少1年全日制ICT課程的學習；
- 至少12門課程（澳洲境外的可以稍微少些）；
- 2年制的碩士至少50%的ICT課程；
- 3年制的碩士需不低於33%的ICT課程。
4） 對於碩士學歷、學位（要求本科是ICTMajor的）需有不低於33%的ICT課程，可以認定為Major
2.對於至少達到Major ICT課程比例的2/3 才可以算作Minor
3.少於Minor比例的歸為Non-ICT學歷
4.所有的major/Minor需有65%的ICT課程和提名職業高度相關才可以。
ACS 提供的其他職業評估相關服務
Review：如果對評估結果不滿意，評估結果60 天內可以申請 Review ，Review 由更高級的評估官員進行，如果您需要改變提名的 ANZSCO 職業，或者有初次遞交時沒有提交的材料，或者需要對整個申請進行Review 。申請 Review 可以提供新材料。
Appeal：如果不同意評估結論，評估結果發出60天內可以申請 Appeal ，Appeal 成功的話相關費用會退回。 Appeal 不允許提交新材料，只是由更高級的評估官員對於原先提交的資料進行重新審核，看看是否以前作出了錯誤的評估結果。
RE-VALIDATION：評估結果在遞交籤證申請前過期的話可以申請RE-VALIDATION ，2010年7月前的評估結果只能重新申請不能延期。

ACS 負責評估的技術移民職業有24個，其中前6個職業（加黑職業）在SOL上可以直接申請189 獨立技術移民 ，其他職業只能申請州擔保（489，190）或僱主擔保：
