Chapter 14 Fight Against Blazes
When the team was passing the lake, there was a dark shadow under the water, and it lied under the middle of that lake. Steve and his friend didn’t notice that, because they were so young, they hadn’t accumulated so much experience, and their feathers were not so full.
There was a big hole under the center of the lake, and when you were looking on the shore, that hole won’t appear, but when you were near the middle of the lake, you could see it and something awful might happened to you.
As the team was crossing the lake, the big dark hole splashed a huge wave against them, and the two boats had been slammed into the water. The whole team knew the water’s temper at this time. Over ten people in the team had fallen into the icy cold water, and only one person didn’t fell——that was Steve! He deftly jumped on the boat when the water plashed them.
「Steve, you grow up!」 Norch shouted to Steve on the boat, but he was in the water, inescapable.
「Of course,」 answered Steve, 「it’s been so long that I didn’t fall in an accident.」
Some people in Cool Mine Team climbed up to their boat, but some of them were still in the water.
「Boom!」 Suddenly, a bomb explored in the middle of the lake. Water splashed up very high into the air, and the team’s boat turned over again. But this time, Steve fell into the water. The cold water splashed into his eyes and he couldn’t see.They all fell into the water. Herobrine shouted: 「No! Some of our members can’t swim! They will die!」
Steve shouted: 「Don’t worry! I』ll save them!」
But he could not swim freely in the water and one of their boat sank into the bottom of the lake. 「Oh no! One of our boat sinks into the lake!」 Steve shouted again, 「And apparently, there’s a hole under the lake!」
Herobrine and Norch looked down. 「There is a hole!」 They shouted both.
Some the members of the team submerged into the water and Steve noticed this but he could do nothing. A moment later, meanwhile they paddled, the members who couldn’t swim all died in the deep lake. 「What a mirthless scene! All of my friends died!」 Steve shouted at last and get on the first boat.
Then, they just had four members in their team. There was Steve, Alex, Herobrine and Norch.
After a few minutes, they all passed the lake. When they all took off, Steve used an iron axe to break the boat.
「What are you doing?」 Alex asked questioningly.
「I’m going to show the dead people, that Steve can be successful and won’t disappoint them!」 Steve said loudly.
The team started to go again. There were a lot of mountains and beautiful views in both side of the road. They walked and walked, and they didn’t have any mood to appreciate the great views. They were thinking of the dead people, who died in the river, who died because of them. Steve, Alex, Herobrine and Norch, their head were both down, and thinking of something. They were just walking.
In the afternoon, they saw a huge mountain on their road and there was a huge hole in front of the mountain. They couldn’t see what was inside, and Alex was afraid to enter in it.
But Steve said bravely: 「No matter what’s inside, we need to explore it. You shouldn’t be afraid if you don’t know what’s inside.」
「But Steve, do you know the last time we entered into an unknown area and people died?」 Alex spoke in a small voice.
「Steve’s right,」 Norch said, 「we need to explore the things and go mining.」
Soon, Alex came into the hole with Steve. They turned on their torch lights and kept finding something that could help them to go to a mine. The whole hole was a large, dark, wet and cool place. There’s no light. Although they light up all the torch lights they have, they couldn’t see clearly.
As they were search the entrance, they heard a big strange sound inside the hole.
「What was that?」 Alex said, with scare.
The sound became stronger and stronger, and nearer and nearer. 「I think we should separate and find one way into a mine.」 Steve said loud.
「We needn’t to separate at this time,」 Alex said, 「it’s dangerous.」
But Steve didn’t hear her. He wanted to separate.
「Ok, then you can separate with us, but we will stay together and you need to come back here when your journey is done.」 Herobrine used a strict voice to say that.
Steve took two torch lights and got into the darkness.
「Now,」 Norch said, 「I suggest that we may build a base outside and we』ll stay in there for days. Both Alex and Herobrine said: 「What a good idea!」
「Go find some woods or stones. I』ll build the base.」 Alex said to Herobrine. 「And you, Norch, you open the computer and watch Steve at every moment.」 She started to dig the grass and flowers near her.
「My pleasure,」 said Norch, 「You can build a foundation now.」
Herobrine ran fast and saw a forest a moment later. He went into a small road and dug trees all the way. He also picked some woods on the ground.
「Why there are woods on the ground?」 Herobrine asked himself. He thought about it then and went deeper into the forest. He dug woods until his bag was full, and then, he prepared to come out of the forest.
But when he went out, he saw a lot of trees were cut down, and there were a plenty of woods on the ground. 「Is anyone here?」 He shouted loudly. 「Is anyone here?」 He shouted again, but no one answered him. 「What the…」 He saw more and more trees were been cutting down.
「There must be someone here.」 Herobrine thought. He didn’t come back to Alex’s, but went into the forest again.
When he got into another part of the forest, and saw there were no trees but tree stools. He went deeper into the forest, but he saw the same thing. 「What’s wrong with the trees?」 Herobrine said to himself. Then he saw a lot of fire on the ground. He walked near the fire and saw a blaze behind. He quickly walked back a few steps, and put out his sword.
At the same moment, there were a crowd of blazes flying through. Herobrine put out one of his bow then, and prepared to shoot. More and more blazes were coming! Herobrine started to move back more. But there were blazes behind him, too. 「Looks like the only way to get out is to fight,」 Herobrine said to the blazes. 「By the way, how can you get here?」
They began a fight. Herobrine used his sword to hit the blazes near. Then he used his bow with some arrows to kill the other blazes. After hitting the blazes again, some of the blazes died. Herobrine hang his sword up to the air, and hit some of the last wave of blazes. But there were more blazes coming. He suddenly put a bucket of water on the ground and let the blazes flow up into the air. He’s sword was always waiting for the blazes which flew up.
Herobrine’s power soon fell out, but he couldn’t find a good time to eat. He rushed out quickly and ran. The blazes flew fast after him. Although Herobrine used his all power to run, but the flying speed was much faster than him. The blazes soon caught up Herobrine. Then Herobrine saw five mob spawners of blazes. 「Wow!」 Herobrine shouted, and there were many blazes got closer to him to throw Blaze Fireballs to Herobrine.
But Herobrine was hurry digging the mob spawners. He lost blood quickly and would die.
Herobrine won’t die, because the rain dropped.
