1. Do you have... available? 意思是「你們還有...嗎？」通常會使用這個句型詢問對方是否有某種商品或者某種服務，意思就跟「Do you have ...」一樣。請看會話：
A: Good morning. Can I help you? 早上好。我能幫您嗎？
B: Yes. Do you have any seats available on a flight for Beijing leaving at 15:16? 是的。你們還有3點16分飛往北京的機票嗎？
2.Do you mind if... 意思是「您介意...嗎？」，這個句型通常用於你想做某件事情，但是你又擔心妨礙到別人。Do you mind 後面通常會跟從句，也可以接動名詞或者名詞短語。
會話：
A: Do you mind if I sit here? 你介不介意我坐在這裡？
B: Of course not, help yourself. 不，你請坐吧。
