又到一年申請季。在申請美國大學本科的時候，除了 Common Application 上的通用文書，最重要的還要提交每所學校的補充文書。
準備申請美本2018秋季入學的小夥伴們注意了，近日，普林斯頓、波士頓學院等部分大學的文書題目已公布，趕緊來認領自己夢校的題目，趁早準備起來吧！
首先，先來了解下什麼是補充文書？補充文書的具體內容是什麼？
申請美國大學時，除了要提交一篇個人陳述文章（Personal Statement 簡稱PS）即Common Application系統裡面的主文書外，很多學校還會另外出一些獨具特色的文章，我們這裡統稱為補充文書(Supplement Essay)。
1. 補充文書要求字數偏少，一般在150-250字之間，最多不超過500字。
2. 主題要求：與主文書確定的6個題目相比較，補充文書更加多元化，形式更加豐富，提問的範圍更加大。
3. 補充文書的題目很多是需要申請者提供申請該校的原因、自己為什麼選擇此專業、做過什麼相關活動或實習等等題目，需將自己和申請院校的特點結合在一起來寫。

Essay Option 3. Fire. Wind. Water. Heart! Captain Planet supposes that the world is made up of these five elements. We’re familiar with the previously-noted set and with actual elements like hydrogen, oxygen, and carbon, but select and explain another small group of things (say, under five) that you believe compose our world.
