Aperture-Paris Photo 2020攝影書獎迎來了新的合作夥伴DELPIRE & CO，他們與Paris Photo和Aperture聯手，在這個最不尋常的年份，確保了該獎項的延續。雖然今年國際攝影界無法齊聚巴黎大皇宮慶祝，但Paris Photo和Aperture很高興確認該獎項將繼續進行。11月5日至28日，入圍圖書的展覽將由DELPIRE & CO在巴黎舉辦。最終評審團將按計劃進行，獲獎者將於11月13日（周五）公布。2020年的入圍圖書也將出現在與DELPIRE & CO.共同出版的第18期「The PhotoBook Review」上。由Deborah Willis博士客座編輯的本期「The PhotoBook Review」特刊中的其他選題，將與入圍圖書一起在巴黎展出。
2020年入圍評審會在新澤西州的Mana Contemporary進行了為期三天的評審，共篩選了七百多本書。評委包括：Joshua Chuang（紐約公共圖書館）、Lesley A. Martin（光圈基金會）、Sarah Hermanson Meister（MoMA）、Susan Meiselas（攝影師，馬格南基金會）和Oluremi C．Onabanjo（獨立策展人和歷史學家）。
Aperture-Paris Photo 攝影書獎以三大類別來褒獎攝影圖書對攝影敘事發展的貢獻，包括:第一本攝影書獎（First PhotoBook）、年度攝影目錄（Photography Catalogue of the Year）和年度攝影書（PhotoBook of the Year）。
